Just a note.. Go Fund Me is saying $5 minimum donations.. which I gladly gave.. just thought you should know for future donations.. Semper-fi Marine..!!!
100% disabled Iraq vet here. I know exactly how it is to fight the VA to get your due, I've had to hire attorneys to do it and wait years for things to be made right. Thanks for doing this. The difference a little money makes between barely squeaking by and having a little room to breathe without all the stress of living costs when you're not able to work is immense. Let's make this a merry Christmas for some vets. Yut.
Ty 4 ur service..Sry that our government has rigged the VA system 2 work against vets and our government has rigged Ssi 2 work against the working class..grrrrr
I'm sorry. I truly am. We are guilty (I am guilty) as a nation, as a republic. We need to push hard, toss mofos out of office and elect the right people , we need to elect those that are America first, all the time and every time. I am ashamed this occured while I am alive.
I'm a vet of Panama, Desert Storm, and Iraqi Freedom. I'm 100% disabled. Severe precision injuries from 3 IEDs I support Wounded Warriors monthly. I can function well without their help but have brothers and sisters who can not. I support them through WWP. Your push to support them just jacked your "the man" level 100%. Too many of our brothers and sisters are fighting for what should be simple enough to get. The fact that you brought this to light and made it a priority in a video make us understand your heart and priorities. Love to you brother. Keep up your great work.
I think the reason that RU-vid has 50-80% down throttled anything to do with Bushcraft or self-sufficiency is because they are cooperating with the government to push an agenda: the agenda being helplessness and depdency. People who are helplessly dependent are much easier to control than those who have any measure of self sufficiency. Keep teaching us self sufficiency techniques and we will keep learning Corp, and that is what makes American great: that our people are responsible self reliant, and self sufficient. Merry Christmas Corp.
I live on a fixed income via my retirement but for the past 5 years have given to the Wounded Warriors because I have great respect for them and what they have been through. My dad is a Marine and has raised me correctly by donating to various charities!!! I have high respect to you and all that you are teaching!!! Thank you Corporal and keep the videos coming!!!
Thank you to all the men and women whom have served in the armed forces.. Thank you for this video corporal , an all the videos you have posted , I’ve learned a lot because of you Sir.. To you corporal an all men an women in the armed forces 🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡 and 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 for you an your families May you all have a safe , blessed holidays , and a Merry Christmas
Thank you for your Christmas missives...we love you, Corporal! Thank you for your service, your knowledge and your persistence. God bless you, God bless the USMC and God bless America! Merry Christmas, everyone! 🎁
Semper Fi my brother. I’m a lucky one. Served in the Marines after the fall of Saigon. Had a cousin die in Vietnam and had many friends serve over there in the rice cooker. Still angry after all these decades how they treat the vets when they are the ones who throw our young soldiers in the wars they create for their money. Thank you for serving twice and thanks for the great videos.
This guy is more than is not just an x military or someone who has knowledge in a lot of fields he’s a true living example of how to get what you want or become the person you want to be I have been watching his videos for years and went all the way back to his first videos yes he went a long way he went from simple videos to videos that if you watch it if would make a difference in your life God bless !
After spending 10 years in the Army I got out to a world I wasn’t ready for. Also, the world wasn’t ready for me. I was very very fortunate to have come out of the sand box with a heartbeat. Some weren’t fortunate. A lot of people ask me if I would do it again. Hell, yeah I would do it again. Merry Christmas to all. May the coming year bring you more joy than 2023. Hooah.
$14,700 at 12:15 Central today when I donated. North of $26K at 18:45. Good on ya Shipmates, Grunts, Bullet sponges and those AF guys. Our Country is strong and we will take care of our Vets.
I was active duty in the Air Force during Desert Storm, but never deployed. Every time I see a veteran I feel the debt they paid in my behalf. It's an honor to donate to this project and support men and women heroes in uniform. God bless and Merry Christmas!
1420hrs (EST) go fund me is over $17,000. Shawn, you severely underestimated the generosity and loyalty of your core audience. As a disabled (65%), 24 years combat veteran (Army/Air Force), I know a lot of those guys you’re talking about. The first piece of information I disclose to parents when they come to me for advice about their kids joining the military is this: They will come back changed. Children don’t survive basic/boot camp or the first firefight. They may go in as children but make a quick transition to an adult, if they survive.
Keep up the great work. I did 25 yrs and 3 different branches. And am a combat vet. And Im still fighting with the V.A. over my disability. And what gets me is that everything is well documented. And it's still a fight. I'm not looking for sympathy. I just want to everyone know that you're not alone. Keep up the fight it will pay off. Oh and Merry Christmas too you all.
i have the utmost respect and appreciation for all of our soldiers, no matter what branch they serve in. we owe our soldiers more than we can ever repay. our government does not honor them for what they have sacrificed. it is an honor to help anyway i can, and so should we all. thank you Corporal Kelly for your service, may God bless you and keep you safe in your journey of life.
Served overseas during Vietnam, we were not treated very well when we came home. But, I'd do it again tomorrow if needed. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year....
Done deal by an old vet himself. Many of us entered with little to nothing. In my case I came out with much more than I went in with and in many ways. For others, they didn't come out that way. Hope I can make a little difference too.
Great video good sir. I am not a supporter of war as I’m sure most aren’t but I do support those that respond to the call of service. I’m in Canada where I have family and friends who have served and have seen first hand the neglect and rejection service members receive. Thank you to all those who serve and have served in both our countries. Cheers and a Merry Christmas to you all
God Bless everyone who has made a sacrifice for this Country. Being a vet , I salute every vet . God Bless , Merry Christmas and Happy New Year's!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏 🇺🇸🇺🇸🪓🔪👍👍
USMC veteran. 70% rated. Would do it all again if I could. Would trade places with a lot of Marines who didn't come home or lost their battles here at home. It was a battle to get the care I needed the first few years home. Sir you're Amazing for what you do. Keep up the great work. Merry Christmas Cpl Kelly!
Mate it's unbelievable what some people are willing to do, lose for the greater good. Hats off to all I hope you hit your target. Big love from Australia!
Thankyou for your service, and all that you have done. 23 years of Army. I have enjoyed you show from the beginning. Merry Christmas And don't let those demons pull you down.
Our son Jeff was over there and came back uninjured physically. But still struggles emotionally at times. We were blessed to get him home. When so many didn't come home or injured. I appreciate your service and all that have protected us. And I appreciate what you are doing here with this video. Thank you!
Hate the war, love the soldier. The soldier doesn't decide when or where to fight, they just do their duty and follow the orders of the rich men north or Richmond.
Have you ever thought of taking pre-orders for some of your super-popular items like the cup and bottle set? Seems like you are taking the best possible guess for how many more to order and dropping them 50 at a time to protect yourself from over purchasing and still be fair to interested parties, but a pre-order system could accomplish the same thing and satisfy everyone interested while you take little to no risk. Just suggesting because I'm one of the interested parties that probably won't get in on the first 50 because I'm busy on Sunday's when they drop. Lots of people sign up for Kickstarters with no guarantee what they will get, here pre-ordering is no risk because you already know the product exists. Just a thought.
SERVICE COMES IN DIFFERENT WAYS. I was Army Special Forces (A TEAM MEDIC) and 10 years in local law enforcement. Then 38 years as a commercial pilot (Retired Capt Airbus American Airlines) but I've never forgot my veteran buddies. Merry Christmas to you all. Donate your time and/or money. NEVER FORGET.
Whether running around the forest with an oil skin tarp and an axe or a silnylon tarp and overpriced carpenters hammer/axe pretending we are survivalist , we are really just camping and it’s an intentional act 99.9% of the time. We know what real survival is thanks to tv shows like Alone. Reality is none of us would put ourselves in that situation intentionally and most would die. These Chanel’s are just for entertainment purposes. We should all remember that Merry Xmas CC
Merry Christmas to you and your new bride Shawn! As a disabled Army Ranger, I thank YOU! I donated and as of 26 December 2023 $41,950 has been raised!! Out-Fricken-Standing
I served twenty years in the Marine Corps and am at 90%. For the most part, the VA has helped me tremendously. A few things I did have to prove, but the Dav was there and helped me out. I use the VA for my health care and am satisfied. To all of you Vets who have not had a good experience with the VA, I am sorry. I love every vet who've ever worn the uniform. Semper Fi to all of you, and merry Christmas.
@@recall5811 I know man and I respect that but you’re the only bush craft channel that I watch. But regardless I really like your videos been watching you for like 3 years I think
Thank you sir for setting up the Go Fund Me!! I am in my sixties but I still call myself a Gold Star Child. My father Capt Phillip’s H Izard was killed in Viet Nam when I was 7. Seeing someone still caring and reaching out to help other servicemen/women is good for our country and our own souls❤️❤️
Never got the chance to serve, blew my knee out in high school so many many years ago, but will always support our military. Most of my family has served all the way back to the civil war on both sides, so the military has always been apart of my life and I will continue to support our military anyway I can.
As a 100% disabled vet, who sacrificed life, limb, and time with family to serve this country, I salute ALL who have, are, and will serve. CPL - Very pleased you decided to make this video. Please do not let low or decreased viewership stop you. We your viewers learn so much from you. Thank you so much.
I do the Wound Warrior Project for my Birthday every year. My Son served in Afghanistan twice while in the Marine Corps. The second time caused him issues. If it was not for him dropping his cigarette he would not be here. His two buddies next to him died by sniper bullets. He dug out the bullet afterwards and brought it home to me. His not the same. He has PTSD even if he won't admit it. Thank you for speaking out for our Military!
Just want to say I'm all for this project to help our troops that sacrificed themselves.... thank you to all that serve or served! And thank you Corprorals Corner
A heartfelt Thank you to your Corporal Kelly and to ALL of the men and women that have or are currently serving in our military. I may not support politics but I have, do and will Always support our men and women in every branch of our military. Thank you all for your courage, service and sacrifice. And may whatever deity you worship watch over and protect you now and Always. 💜 2💜
My Dad was Navy, 22 years, 2 months, 2 days. Stationed USS Breese, Pearl Harbor, 7 December, 1941. Retired in 1947. Donated. In the words of the late Phil Valentine, “I never served, but I thank God you did.”
Glad I checked back in and to see your vision for the greatness we can glean from the basic essential skills with your expertise. Watched fully and let all ads play through as I write this at the end of the vid. Have a very merry Christmas and a great new year to you and yours.
Great idea and great video! As the father of a Marine, I was blessed that my son came home safely. God bless all servicemembers for their service and sacrifice! Merry Christmas!
Both of my dads served in the military. WW11 and Vietnam. I made a donation. Not enough is done to help our veterans. Thanks Shawn. Merry Christmas. Semper Fi
Merry Christmas my friend. Thank you for the Wounded Worrier Project assist. I see we've already surpassed the goal! God blessing to all! I've been with WWP since my middle daughter joined the Army and then deployed to Afghanistan in 2013. My youngest son-in-law is serving currently. I'm adding T2T next month, even though times are tough. Times are going to get tougher next year as has been predicted. Our brothers and sisters in uniform, that can't fight the fight any longer, are going to be hit hard. They will need all the help we can give them.
I never saw combat, but served my nation during the Cold War, and was ready to go. I am proud to have served, but wonder if I have been forgotten. Still get migraines when I get more than a 6hr bunk time. I can only imagine what combat vets have been through. God bless you and your family.
