I just came back today after a 2-year break and I am totally overwhelmed by the amount of changes that happened to the game. I wasn't a versed player before either so builds like this let me stay competitive. Love your work!

every classes should be like that - pressing lots of buttons is fun at the start but when you are doing the same rota day by day is MEH

As an older player I have a lot of hand issues (arthritis) and sometimes im slow to react plus have the drawback of Aussie country internet, I changed to this build today and I love it already its super easy rotation and Im doing way more damage. Ive been looking for a new build for a while and I use another one of your builds on the magika templar for soloing WBS and love that one also. SO a big ty from me.

I used a variation of this in vVH and got #2 on the leaderboard. I've been knocked down a few spots, but still... This set-up is a lot stronger than I anticipated

I still remember when AOE attacks used to crit, making the self healing insane. Will watch this later as an alternative to the archmage build. I love that build lol

I currently run storm master. Have used every set out there. I reg get 120k crits on trials dummy which storm master leads. Noble leads on the base game dummy for,damage. I dropped crit surg for the shield and swapped the matriarch for the twilight. Most damage I’ve ever done with two pets and wall and aegis. The shield keeps you and pets alive. Noble might be melee, but storm requires a heavy pop crit which can take a few hits. I cleared vma with noble using wall only with heavy’s. cheers.😊

Oh you can also do a Stamina version of this too. Keep the lightning staff, run poisons, and run weapon damage enchants on the jewelry and stamina enchants on the body. Really shines with a Nightblade b/c of the weapon crit passive in its skill tree.

Prefer storm over noble set , storm bonus damage is lower but is a set bonus that you fire and forget rather then remembering to go close to enemy every 15sec especially on fight that are hectic where you need to dodge stuff and remembering the fight mechanic . Noble damage is higher but in reality , storm will net you more uptime and dps on the dungeon/trial fight .

I am absolutely loving this build. Even without all Divine traits I'm still getting crazy good damage output! 10/10 would recommend

So is the math 1.8mil hp ÷ 50 seconds to kill which would equal 36k dps? Or does dps get calculated differently

Whats creating that lightning aoe on some of the heavy attacks in the intro? (Most noticeable with the minotaur boss being fought in the first clip)

Hack, in your written version you've listed the Sergeant's Mail Chest armor as "Light", which is probably a copy-paste typo

Love this build ! My main character is an easy 1 bar sorc with pets. after all this time those pets were getting on my nerves tbh. So I changed to this build and I'm loving it ! Only thing I have to mention , If I swap out Noble duelist for Storm Master's I'm getting +5K DPS on a trial dummy, It isnt much but for some people it can make a difference. Identical build as this one only with storm masters instead of noble duelist.

Another great build from Hack. Thank you sir. UPDATE: Made a mistake yesterday. I've long put off leveling up Support and Assault so I went into a campaign to do some wall repairs to get AP. EP started attacking the keep so I thought I would just help a little. Got two kills, died twice but it was a blast. I'm hooked!

Is there going to be an update for this build due to the changes made in update 38? I'd like to use this build but I don't know how much the changes to empower, Storm master, and the oakensoul ring itself will effect gameplay.

Nice build, Hack! I use this myself, but with instead of Noble Duelist, I use Storm Master and Structured Entropy over Crit Surge. It saves having to rely on crit damage to heal. The heals are amazing, especially in larger mobs.

Yes, well, I have to say that I like your build very much and that I find it stable, especially since it's really good for solo players. I am now 720 and have been playing the setting for a month now and I am very satisfied of course I also play other skills because I am experimenting a lot. I play Teso alone all the time because I can't find any players who just go exploring with me :((( that's why I mainly play your build because I can do something myself and I'm happy when I've managed an overland boss , please don't get me wrong but in eso it's now the case that if you don't have a guild or friends who gamble with you or are still at work, whatever, the build is just super good and simple. THANK YOU HACK FOR THIS GOOD MEGA BUILD

This is by far the easiest Sorcerer build that I've seen, but I cannot push any more than 35k DPS on a boss mob with it. I've tried several different CP combinations, including the ones in the videos, but I have yet to see a crit over 50k. All my gear is at least Epic with a few being Legend, but I've got all max magicka, so I'm sitting around 32k max with food buff. Is there something I'm doing wrong, here? Should I be higher than this with this build or is it the best I'm going to get?

Need a video for a dual weapon on this, I've been working on my gear and collecting all the pieces, but I like playing with both weapons so would totally vote for an explanation on the dual weapon setup for rhe solo sorcerer!!!

Sorta reminds me of Xynode's EZ Sorc so I think this would be a perfect choice for those who prefer those over his version. This is nice. Though I do have to ask as a lover of your Bow/Bow NB Hybrid build... Should I expect an updated version if it needs one cuz I really love that build.

Crystal Weapon is a must for this build as it procs Minor Prophecy and can be cast without any animation effecting your heavy attack rotation. Sorc exploitation passive(When you cast a Dark Magic ability you grant Minor Prophecy to you and your group, increasing your Spell Critical rating by 1314 for 20 seconds.)

I didn’t want to play the Sorcerer at first and I was wrong. I am no longer afraid of bosses, because I AM the boss, no matter what build I use. Even the bow/bow build makes me feel like I am the most dangerous thing on the map.

This build actually works well with other classes. It is fun to run on Dragon Knights, Templars, Necros and Nightblades (I haven't tried it on Warden yet, but no reason not to). A guildie friend of mine has been able to hit 105k DPS with a DK on the Trial Dummy swapping Noble Duelist with Storm Master. I hit 210k damage ticks on execute for Taleria in vDSR with a Necromancer using Sergeant's, Storm M., Oakensoul and 1 p. Slimecraw.

The 5 piece bonus of Noble Duelist increases damage of light and heavy attacks against monsters. How does that affect fighting non "monster" enemies?

Honestly i love off meta builds. For example combine atronach, familiar tormentor, maw of the infernal, defiler, aegis caller and Ember. And you will be one (two) cat army =^.^=

Couldn’t you run the roaring opportunist set as well? Wouldn’t that add some nice damage as well as damage for the group if your in a group?

Heya Hack, I love the idea of this, but TBH not sure how much time gonna be putting into ESO anymore, with the state of things and all.

I've been loving weaving crystal weapon with heavy attacks on my novelty HA petsorc to proc undaunted unweaver, it's by no means meta but it's still like 40k dps easy!

just for anyone spending time farming nobel dualist set. It's set bonus now only procs against monsters.. so its a much less attractive option. Undaunted infiltrator is the same.

Would you recommend Sergeants over Storm Masters?

I’m currently farming for this, going storm and sergeant, but I’m currently using mothers sorrow, orders wrath, 1 slimcrawl, and oakensoul. Would the heavy attack sets work better than what I use now? Any advice appreciated

The best ultimate for this build is easily the heavy attack ultimate from the sorc class. With the 5 stacks from Sergeants, off balance, passive to do more DMG to off balance enemies the ultimate can easily do 700k DMG with a stack of 300+. With 500 ultimate I've been able to do 1.8 million damage with the ultimate. Great for add pulls too, as each tick from the ultimate does 50-80k aoe DPS. gotten my trial DPS around 300k during add pulls XD

This build is an EASY way to hit 80k+ DPS, but definitely not broken (Though I recognize the click bait methodology of the RU-vid titles; sigh). You can hit 80k by doing nothing but Heavy Attacks, so it’s great for people who prefer casual/non-sweaty play styles. It does max out at around 100k though, with good skill rotation and gold-upgrades - and that is more than enough for doing most content in ESO. An interesting tip, you can use a Restoration Staff (though it’s single target - same channeled-type ticks as Lightning Staff), either as you main, or if doing 2-Bar use it on the backbar, and it will heal you to full on any/every Heavy Attack. The DPS will be not bad (maybe 5-8k lower) on single target, but it it will be healing the closest ally (or you) to full (60% of your HA damage). Great for when your companion (or a person) is tanking; it will passively heal them while you continue DPS - this can come in handy in dungeons if you are DPS and group doesn’t have a healer.

Mag spec is the only character I’ve created. 8 years ago. And still loving it like crazy

I did some tests on PTS with this build, it's easyto survive with it + an fair 15k~55k damage, at cp 800. Sadly i'm having a real pain in the ass to find any Sergent Destruction Staff, to me this is only difficulty to start to use it. I did some WB, ones i died with my solo templar and it crushed them. However it is a bit slower when comes to deal with mobs, like those 3-6 public dungeons, since most of time they disperse. Soo to farm it's not a good option, for the rest, it's very good.

Hi. I really enjoy your videos and having fun with ESO finally thanks to them. I am a new player. Is this possible to build at low levels? I don’t have the O ring and probably cannot get it for a long time so do not have the Empower buff. I only have the elemental wall skill.

The Noble Duelist set increases damage "against monsters" rather than "against enemies" or "against non-player enemeies". What does the game consider "monsters".

How are you gettin the 5 set from seargants? Does oakensoul make primary count as 2 for a set ?

I love the work you've done for the community and completely understand needing to word the title in a specific way for the RU-vid algorithm, but please be a bit more accurate with your wording as it has unintended consequences for classes. Sure, the build is strong (but not what I would consider broken). Also, it works well on any class not just Sorcerers. Sorcerer as a class in itself is in such a horrendous spot at the moment with the exception of zookeeper builds (and even they aren't as strong as other classes and are unusable in PvP). The reason I bring this up, is because zos doesn't listen to anyone's feedback except for a select few of the bigger creators, especially when it comes to class balancing. With the large creators constantly calling every sorc build "broken" or "OP" or "godlike" without specifying that it is for pve, or it is a generic build that can be ran on any class just as good if not better than it is on sorc, or it is a pet focussed build, zos thinks the whole of the sorc class is in a good spot (or too strong) when in actuality the class (mag especially) is practically dead for pve outside of pets and is almost completely non existent in any sort of open world or high tier BG PvP. P.s. this is not a dig at hack, I love the work he does for the community, including all of his guides, but seeing the current sorry state of my main class where the most successful builds are either zookeeper builds, hold the left mouse button, or only use 1-2 of the class skills is really demoralising, especially when you look at other classes that get to use their entire class kits and perform better (and they still get buffs on top of this) and also when people still call the class broken as though it's still the 2018 meta.
