I say this all the time Miller the places you go "Hows the Serenity?" Your Bonny Doon (Film: The Castle) snake island theres another Snakish island in Western Australia Carnac island next time you around there and on the Rotto ferry get them to drop you off on the way, I kinda went to serinity places like this last week Boondall Wetlands,, and Tinchi Tamba Wetlands i was looking for snakes and Roos i did see allot of Spiders i probably ran into allot of webs but i didn't find any. snake or roos But i found a snake outside of all places Sandgate Bowlo on the road and it looked dangerous i was kinda shitting myself it saw me but it slithered back on to footpath and back to the bowlo greens. Again another fantastic ep, you wont piss off any snakes because unlike others that trudge around these places with big heavy rubber soled boots and they wouldnt know if they stepped and hurt the rib cage of a snake or a horse manure , you walk the walk and talk the talk barefoot and you feel the earth before your feet like the Aboriginals did. .You get that sensory element and snakes know that your your not there to tread on them with big heavy rubber soled shoes, if i was a snake catching some zzzs in the sun and i got trudge on by some good for nothing out of towner wearing heavy boots i would search and bite out that dingbat.

The little soil throw after you fell from the hammock was a perfect touch; it looked like you made a heart. Doing what you love and loving what you do, it’s awesome!

I used to climb all sorts of trees on our farm. I’m okay with finding and going face to face with most animals and aren’t afraid…except I’ve had two bad experiences with midwestern US brown recluse spiders. Nevertheless, I know it was my fault by not paying attention. Spiders….nah. Your expression finding the hoop snake was akin to finding your long lost love. Love your excitement!
