Just spec doesn't increase your IP, I'm using T4.1 items against people who also have spec and use better items, so I'm playing at an IP disadvantage. At the end of the video I show the IP item by item, I recommend that you only fight against people who have a similar IP to yours, and don't do the same in the video fighting against people with 200 300 IP more than mine

I'm using the 3rd passive on the weapon, but it's better to use the 4th mobility passive if your weapon has it. In items I am using damage/defense passive
