Solo Travel in Sydney & Maitland: Rozelle Collectors Markets, Maitland Gaol & Aussie Costco 

I went to the Rozelle Collectors Markets where people were selling antiques and collectibles, it was like visiting a huge garage sale.
Some had African stuff, some had old jewelries, some had antique cameras, some had books, I liked the variety.
Then a long drive north to the historic city of Maitland where there is a historic British jail from the 1800s that housed British prisoners shipped in from England.
Unfortunately, there was a beer festival going on there and it was closed, so I had to join the beer festival just to get in and explore.
I think I was the only one who didn’t carry a beer there.
Clearly, Australians love beer.
I also got a few things from Costco and a supermarket named Coles.
I also learned Kmart is actually thriving here in Australia while I think there are only two still left in the United States.
