On this Solo Hike I head through ancient rock pagodas, along sandstone cliffs and stunning canyons. This landscape feels prehistoric, giant tree ferns tower in the canyons surrounded by conical rock pillars formed by millions of years of erosion. It is a maze, and exploring these landscapes is often confusing resulting in countless wrong turns or paths leading to dead ends. The result is you never get tired of exploring these places and around every turn is something new

Beautiful area and another great trip as always but that slot canyon at the end was amazing. Thanks for showing us that.

Loved this mate. such epic country. I'm loving my Moondance (weighs a bit) but love the zero thinking come camp time. What an epic spot. Great vid. LOVED the second day adventure especially

Thanks Kate, this was such an enjoyable trip. The moon dance is a great little tent and about the same weight as the one I'm using in this video. Maybe I'll check them out when this one finally retires

Another great location CFJ. What’s your whisky of choice?

Thanks Alex. The hike whiskey is usually monkey shoulder, at home usually have a couple options, one of the current ones being a yamazaki distillers reserve.

Nice, I am partial to Monkey Shoulder as well and the Japanese whisky’s are a treat indeed

@AlexsAustralianAdventures bang for buck monkey shoulder is pretty hard to go passed. And the further you walk the better everything tastes
