Damn that was an amazing sunset ! Your photography is sensational ! It was great to have some very different content for the channel too ! Don't apologise for the spearfishing mate, it's a lot better than the waste associated with purse seine net byproduct !!
I know im randomly asking but does someone know a method to log back into an instagram account? I somehow lost my account password. I would appreciate any help you can give me
@Braylon Dominick i really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and im in the hacking process now. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
100 percent if you get upset at someone spearfishing while your at home eating an animal that grew up in a cage, you need to have a think about things.
I enjoyed the coastal change and spear fishing. I know it’s obviously harder for you to find a remote area on the coast to camp (especially the south coast over summer) compared to in the mountains but it’s definitely a nice change for us viewers.
I lived in Australia for 2 years. Sydney NSW, Darwin NT, Townsville Queensland. What an awesome country that is. I love and enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work.👍
Through the wonders of RU-vid I've been hosted into the Canadian backcountry, coastal regions of Britain, Southeast Asian jungles, European fastnesses, and Siberian expanses. Finding this channel is a great blessing because I can now find out what it's like to go camping in Australia.
Its nice that you mention about the feral problems that we have. I have neighbor who owns few pets and she doesn’t understand when i told her to keep her cat in the house at night.
As a U.K. resident I wouldn’t relax at all out in the bush with snakes, spiders and sharks constantly wanting to eat/bite/sting you. Every step must be a roulette. I love the videos Thankyou.
Personally I love the direction your channel is going Scott. I enjoy the inland bush hikes and seeing the bush on your side of the country (west aussie here) but I also live on the coast and love the beach, fishing, diving stuff too. If I could subscribe twice I would.
Yeah Scotty. Thanks for your videos I’m getting into them. I live in my camper travelling around I like were you go and I’m Ozzie just like you grow up with the bush and coast at hand like we have. I would like to see you one day cook some spuds in the fire to show people how good they turn out and cut in half with butter. Cheers mate.
I don't know of many professional truckies that tie hitches any more as most use chain and ratchet straps. What I think you tied was a pretend truckies hitch as it was a knot with string running through. Small call out on a great video. Like the bush tucker segment as well as the spear fishing.
I always enjoy your videos, Scotty. I have serious mobility issues. You take me out bush where I want to be, thank you for that. I was born in Sydney and spent my childhood hiking and camping around the blue mountains and other nice areas down that way... You bring back memories for me, as well. One that we used to do every few years was Pigeon House Mountain. Maybe one day you could go up there for me... I know you did one with Pigeon House Mountain in the background, that was a good one.
great vid as always mate, making that 2nd knot on your tarp rope an actual truckies hitch would make that end quick release without having to undo a tight knot where your loop is. might be worth considering.
Well this was a delightful surprise. Especially since we are are looking at a solid winter storm brewing today here in Nova Scotia, Canada. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
You can't beat the coastal fringe for great camping spots Scotty. Absolutely awesome campsite mate and that fox encounter was brilliant. Really healthy specimen. Thsnks for sharing your adventures. Bushyboy Oz.
I'm more of a mountain guy than a seaside guy, but it was an excellent idea to visit the coast and to do something different. I do hope you do it again and maybe a wild outback camp one day as well. Love your videography skills.
Legend mate, I really enjoy your well balanced views on harvesting your own free range meat. Taking just what you need but also being conscious about where your meat is coming from. Same as the fox, I hunt foxes and appreciate how beautiful and smart they are but also regularly see the damage they cause. You well educated views on conservation are great 👍
Great video! I was wondering if the cordage you used for the ridge line was “zing-it or lash-it” Dynema cord? Thanks as always for the great adventures
@@craigedwardsimko haha, we must all have a similar interest and personality perhaps. 'Stealthy Steve', he is humorous that's for sure. Out of the 3 Scott is the serious one.
Ah, do more of this kind of video. Please please. Do more of the beach, spear fishing, showing us Beautiful Australia under water. I so loved watching you spear fish. You are AMAZING. I am stoked at getting this video. Your editing skills are SECOND TO NONE. But 24 minutes is just too short, my lad. :)
Mate love the spear fishing it is part of survival and camping etc and there's loads of bush meets the sea so why not its a great idea Scotty I've enjoyed this episode and atleast you caught a fish lol and what about the scenery it's just beautiful
got to love hanging out in the trees .i love my hammock camping as well , just wondering how the mossies where with out a mosquto net . i allways see so much more wildlife in the hammock compared to a tent , Nice one Brother !!!
Pretty sure Scotty is the only bloke making adventure videos in Aus that don't involve 4x4 or motorbikes, good on ya Scotty! If there are any other youtubers like scotty let me know please :)
Thanks mate. You should check out Chris Bamman. He does similar style videos, but a lot more fishing based. Also, check out Erik Off Track. He explores some beautiful locations.
That fox was totally spacing out, lol. What a pretty little creature. Around here, foxes are extremely rare so it’s always kind of magical if you see one.
As a SCUBA diver I'm not into spearfishing for myself, but it is a great skill to have, and you always eat what you catch so I think its great to include in the video! BTW, how good are those little long-life milks for camping!
You had a common scaly-foot lizard bud, Not a snake. It does mimic an Eastern Brown and when threatened it will raise it's body like the eastern brown. Hence why it was missing it's tail, they can drop and regenerate them as well. Loving the vid so far mate!
Heya Scotty. Loving the vids! Just wondering what your thoughts around not sharing your location are? Is it just so you don’t get an influx of people to the site or is there something else? Cheers and keep up the awesome vids!
Do what you love mate and spearfishing is one of the most sustainable forms of fishing when it’s done right , nice little drummer mate , been watching for a while and love your videos
Awsome to see yea keep mixing it up with different things on your vids man. Yea defiantly go a above your average tedious hiking channels that never realy differentiate much from one vid to the next. Awsome work bro keep it coming 👍
Another great video mate 👌 was wondering what kind of boots you have and what you think of them I remember you mentioning them in one of your old videos but can’t find. I’m in the market for some cheers
Lovely footage Scotty, great channel, really enjoyed the latest trip. I still think I prefer the line fishing, it’s always special when you catch one..
Enjoyed the coastal video very much, nice change! Great catch and cook! I love the coast and live on it as well in Canada, so nice in the summer when it is stinking hot. Thanks for sharing. :)
Enjoyed it very much! Camping and spearfishing? What's not to like? I didn't much care for the one where you did a bunch of surfing, but it looked like you were having a good time with it and I don't begrudge someone from having a good time and doing something different. :-)
Nice spot Scotty! Great vid too! It's great to see different parts of the Australian bush and your video and editing skills are awesome. Very inspirational!!
Thank's for your videos Scotty, I usually throw my swag in the car and go bush but the hammock is looking like a good option as well, Keep up the good work am loving it, Ooroo Smithy
Possibly my favourite video from you so far. You get the bush and the coast! I live on the east coast and I love it. Haven’t been spear fishing in probably 15 years though haha
