Honourable Gordon Darcy Lilo is a true visionary man and also he has his heart for all the citizens in Solomon islands.... Thanks Honorable Gordon Darcy Lilo for having a powerful like you in our parliament.
The question is, why is the registration under ripel and leavers? How can we settle that because the registration is under the company's name hence why since even when you PM Lilo were in there you still did not deal with the matter...
GDL, i am proud of you. GNUT should listen to all your advice, i hope that one day soon you will become SI's PM again or at least be part of the gov't sir. thank you, you gave us young people hope in what you said.

We want people like GDL in the honorable house. Our nation needs people who effectively discuss issues of concern that affect our nation. We change Solomon Islands, we change our constituency.
Unity should be one of the fundamental areas needs to be considered into our country Solomon Islands brother ministers. Who are we blame? You are our voices, the lame and disabilities, uneducated etc.. Thanks brothers.
Where are the so-called "advisors" to advise on liquidation, shareholding, and other business laws?? I think Hon GDL has a point am afraid!! But but! Where are the precedents to guide us accordingly!! Mind you, Hon. Leader of Opposition is a CPA/Chartered Acctnt fellow..we should seek his counsel lo disfala matter too ia!!But now these kinds of past legal transactions were done in anticipation of this current fall out..I hope I am in the err....there is going to be Win/Lose situation.SI must be in the Win situation..Yumi tired for lose now!!
Gordon D Lilo is questioning the government's intention to buy back Levers Solomon Limited. In response PM Manele said that they buy back LSL land in order give back the land to the original land owners. The question is, how would the government recover the $140 million dollars. Are the original land owners going to purchase the land from the government, and for how much? Can they afford the selling price of the land? PM Manele and finance minister Sogavare need to come and explain clearly to the people of this nation.
By the way ,I listened to the parliament debate through SIBC when Lilo brought up the issue of LSL. PM Manele was not very convincing as far I'm concerned in his response.
The LSL & Ripel issue is an issue of the past govts, relative to coloniare British govt protectorate...now we are trying to untangle the problem...its better to solve it now, however expensive & dear it is!
And ask the GNUt what is the value of this shareholder or this company when value the property over the dacades?and for that reason,, how are we suppose to know that the assests have given revenue for the country till then if we did not thoroughly assess it? and if it doesn’t have any value now than why buying it with million $. Also, what are the mission and vission of this government, is the asset seen as an investment? Cos if it does not have value now than stop buying it then. Its better to buy assests that are still maintaining the value and thus, giving money into our economy. Somehow GD did his job by pointing out the obvious..
