Welcome to the next video on “Learning Path to Become Functional consultant” series.
In our previous discussion, we delved into the significance of project phases and methodology for a functional consultant. Now, let's narrow our focus to specific phases. In this video, I will explore the "Initiate" phase, a pivotal component for functional consultants, with a particular emphasis on "Solution Design."
Solution design is majorly focused on three things:
1. Process
2. People
3. Data
As a functional consultant, I will play a crucial role in the solution design, and this video will specifically address the "Process" component and the deliverables expected from the consultant.
If you're navigating the journey toward becoming a functional consultant, this series can be beneficial, regardless of the specific product you're exploring (be it D365 F&O, CE, BC, or any other ERP).

Very good information for novices to learn the professional terminology in consulting world. But the Microsoft methodologies never work in real world implementation since companies are restrained in money, time and human resources.
