Kudos to Soludo for his wonderful performance under two years in office. Anyone who does not appreciate Soludo's projects will find it difficult to appreciate any good thing. Thanks for the update, and remain blessed.
Soludo I'm humbled and honoured to call you my governor for all the fantastic jobs you are doing in Awka, and Anambra State. My governor pls Keep it up. Thanks my governor.
Yes I like the tree planting.Ossy onuko take notes, this how it should be done in Awka.Well done for the tree planting.Trees bring life, oxygen and absorbs carbon dioxide from the air.
This is a massive project and quite commendable. It's a product of a grand vision. My concern however is how the entrance to the fun city projects to the express road, especially for those coming down the flyover. It will be difficult to access the Fun City for those coming down the flyover from Udoka axis given the configuration with the road coming from Zara Stores. There's a strong need for an additional service lane for visitors to the Fun city to off ramp immediately after Zara Stores. This will mitigate issues of traffic jam and needless accidents at the entrance to the Fun City.
Soludo is doing wonders. Dont mind fools who do not have anything to offer. Most of them dont have anything in their families but only come online to rant. The patriotic Anambarians sees what you @ccsoludo and they wjll for ever appreciate your good work. Your tenure is divine and your second tenure is assured. God bless Prof. We love you.
If you guys are serious, you guys would build a service lane to cut traffic out of the entrance to the fun city from the express and also pls in the name of God, sweep Anambra roads from sands and cover the gutters in the Fun city when done constructing and over Awka the capital city. Thank you
Yes na, na Yoruba man or Hausa man go come do am for us? I’m sure they see the way igbos are been humiliated in lagos and if they intentionally develop every part of our homeland our people will start trooping home to carry on from there in terms of private sector.
Please Soludo and his team you people are trying but please! please! pay great attention to the finishing detail of all the roads and project let all the edges of the roads, and the entrance of every house leading to highways and street roads be paved, at least with concrete cement or plant grass. Our roads and streets are too dusty and filled with red muds.
I completely agree with you bro 100%. One of the signs of a developed nation is that most open spaces are paved and interlocked. I hope they do this also. Most of the walkways aught to be interlocked with painted interlocking stones. It makes a city ecstatically beautiful.
@@CCSoludothanks for your kind response. I will just give an example with the land scape at the Solution Arena. You see how the concrete paved areas neatly terminated to the edge of the gutter. The Solution Arena is not so huge, but the finishing details made it looks nice, decent and fantastic. If government can mandate all the landlords whose houses or property are close to the streets and highway roads to either pave or landscape their frontages and walkways with grass up to the gutters or edge of the roads around their houses or building. It may not cost those landlords more than two bags of cement to do so. If these little finishing details are observed in both newly constructed and old roads in Awka, Onitsha Nnewi , Ekwulobia and other places it will go a long way to make our roads free from red muds and dust which is currently destroying the beauty of both old and newly constructed roads in our state. Please am corresponding from U S A. The finishing details mentioned above, and open drainage are the major differences between what we have here and roads in our state. Please salute our governor he is doing a marvelous job in Anambra, . Finally, l can see that he has started the reconstruction of the lfite, first and second markets roads. It will be well appreciated if he looks into the inner street roads behind St Anthony’s church as he did to Umuogbu roads Awka . Those areas have not seen any paved roads since the creation of the state, and erosion has engulfed many of people's houses there.
I also want to ask. Did you guys run a stochastic analysis on the effect of transportation in and out of this venue? Without a fresh service lane, the hold up there will be mad.
That's a lie if if you are an engineer and you can't interpret and replicate the blueprints their is an error, and this company is a good construction company they built the 10,000 capacity conference Hall in Anambra State one of its kind in Nigeria. If you have seen that conference Hall you know they are the best for this project
@thegospelboard you are always bitter and envious simply because your backward imo state has nothing to show. Anambra shall continue to be the most developed state in igboland
@@desmondnedualaegbu5526 You're a bigot. Other tribe will attack your tribe while lousy mouth like you will still be attacking yourself. I'm not in for Imo verses Anambra because they're all the same. I'm only talking based on infrastructural development in Nigeria is wack compared to what we're seeing abroad
I prophecy about this man i told people that this will do well, i prophecy about him since 2018, i told people that man is coming and he will do great thing for Anambra may people doubt me but today the prophecy have come true, So Mr governor do well don't fail my prophecy. Everything i have in Benin republic i want to bring back to my state Anambra
Wonderful 👏👏👏 i hope the finishing and interior decor will be as pleasing as this prototype. It should be given to a private company to manage when completed. Kudos to Gov. Soludo and his team.
Well-done our action governor, may almighty God continue strengthen you to finish and do more great things for ndi Anambra, but my action governor take the cleanliness our environment very aggressive, secondly sir don't forget about ihiala town
Kudos your excellency. Please Sir, almost all the roads in Anambra state are dirty with sand dunes at both sides. Also, the drainages are open with many other concerns. In a nutshell, I'd like to suggest the following: 1. The state should procure motorised road sweepers for our cities (Awka and Onitsha especially). 2. The drainages should be covered and possibly converted to walkways where necessary. 3. The roads should be properly marked with complementary road infrastructure including traffic lights, street lights etc. 4. Trees should be planted along our roads whenever feasible. 5. All the landlords of dilapidated commercial buildings in Onitsha should be mandated to repaint and/or renovate their buildings. This should be done periodically, like every 5 yrs.
We are coming. We have mandated landlords in Onitsha to repaint their old houses with a subsidized paint pricing I provided and will be coming for inspection soon. We also have plans for open drainages, but that will come after a whole lot of our roads have been put in good shape.
@@CCSoludo, that's good to know, Sir. Thank you for your response. Please Sir, the issue of procuring motorised sweepers for our dirty roads is also very crucial. It'll greatly improve the aesthetics of our dear state and encourage investors to troop in.
@@CCSoludo , Also mandate every Landlord to plant a tree in front of their houses, atleast one tree per house.Trees are natures beauty which generally adds beauty to our streets;and gives shades during the day.
Why would you build the entrance right on the expressway creating traffic congestion? A big facility should have TWO side entrances. Look at the design of Ikeja Mall, Polo Park. Solution Fun City should have a secondary entrance from Arthur Eze.
@@CCSoludo we pray 🙏 so because Alot of abandoned projects in Nigeria if most of them are being completed it's will really boost Nigeria economy and tourism sector and other things that make a great country
Beautiful. Awka has positioned itself as the hospitality city of the eastern region. Owerri has continued to be a slum and a glorified village. Imo state is a failed state
@@CCSoludolol 😅..can u expanciate, kigali have same sand like us,where as all there drainage systems are. Closed. I will advice soludo to leave his sewage pit in his compound open ,to use it check erosion , after all nanka , ekwuluobia ,and isuofia is erosion capital of anambra. My dear, there is not like erosion, what u called erosion in this part of the world is a year long neglect and maintenance. Do u knw that drainage systems are serviced more that 8times a year in Benin Republic. Only in anambra govt will build a raod and drainage systems and abandon it to the mercy of the users,PH road and niger street onitsha is clear explanation of what am saying. Visit the road now,u hardly believe it was newly constructed, sometimes i asked why marking the road, since u knw u can regularly sweep the road from sand. Soludo is trying his best but he is not environmental friendly governor,he is oy interested on how many km of road constructed to be the all road beat governor is road construction. With little or no maintenance. Thank you.
@@CCSoludo so the open gutter by the road won't control flood if covered? I'm not even talking about the canal-like gutter, just the normal one where people walk. So children are expected to come around and play with open gutters left and right. Okay.
Laughing at this project, that project would be so local, i am waiting till they finish then i can say what is in my mind. Why must he always put his name on project he did why? I have never seen any serious project Chukwuma Soludo embark opon, this is what a local government that will handle, is not the type project i expected a whole governor to publishing on, many governors are building Industrial layout. Power Turbine, cities, developing seaports, constructing tram/metro connecting very cities within the state, building movie village, etc He doesn't have a new plans to modernize Onitsha, there is no change in Onitsha for past 15 years, there is no running water in every home in Anambra state. Soludo is a serious governor at all, the Taiwan of Africa or Japan of Africa very funny man.
@@sunnynze Everyone can't be a governor and those states doing better their governors don't have two heads. I have never seen any capiyal project Soludo has embark on. he is doing nothing simple, when you so something tangible you attracts foreign investors i don't see any with this governor. Looking at Onitsha, there is no moderization plans, the city has been like this for the 15 years not new has changes. go most states you will alot of changes for good here in Anambra notjing is done yet we keep praising them for soing nothing
@@uchejoseph2344 that's why i said you don't know anything, the list of states that attract foreign investors come out recently i didn't see Ebony State you guys are praising or IMO, and enugu state, but Anambra state and Abia state is there so stop talking rubbish if you don't know anything
@@sunnynze You are the one who doesn't know anything. Imo state is hightest that attracts foreign investors in South East. I am referring to Ebonyi as state coming up to challenge Anambra state in terms of development. I have never heard any investors in Anambra. What are the investor into in Anambra. Abia state is trying there foreign investors in Abia because the state governor is trying to open the state. he try to build smart city, trying to construct Sea, trying to manufacturers in Aba, he is trying to build a standard stadium, trying to change the trajectories of Aba but Soludo have no plan for Onitsha. Tell us what is Soludo doing? No need to argue with you.
@@uchejoseph2344 I'm talking about fact not trying, I'm telling you about the recent list of states that attract foreign investors that comes out, ranks Anambra state first before Abia state these are only two states in states east that attract foreign investors nothing like IMO state in that's list so stop talking rubbish if you don't know Anambra state well
It's onky a poor man that thinks this is modern. Have you ever travel abroad and see what a theme park looks like? We shloukd be niilding for the future not cooying outdated things. Well, half bread is better rhan none.
Noisemakers, they won't be able to do half of what they're showing you on those AI images; mark my words and verify the structure after construction. Stop talking and work, all the streets of Anambra State are very dirty, extremely muddy when it rains and sandy under the sun.
@@StanleyOkafor-ey6yn you know him so well , that ediot is an envious bitter fellow from imo state and camped @yanga page everyday to spew nonsense because he’s a jobless miserable bitter envious fellow. I am happy that lots of people now knows he’s such a dirty fellow. Anambra shall continue to be the best and most developed state in igboland
@steve Anambra is better than your backward state that’s full of dilapidated muddy roads , that’s why most indigenes of your backward state prefer to live in Anambra
Propaganda every now then. I doubt the project when completed look like the model on paper. The contractors handling the project have never been tried and tested because the contractors have no experience delivering the projects in the past. Soludo should have gone to contractors who have deliver such project in the past, preferably a foreign contractors and local contractors to work side by side with foreign contractors to deliver the project so the local contractors will learn valuable experience from the foreign contractors. Bedsides when it comes to maintenance the local contractors can take ownership of the maintenance when the foreign contractors leaves. The local contractors will be the one to maintain the project towards the life of infrastructures. When this is completed the state government should concession this site to private companies to manage and don't leave the site on the hands of state governments because they will stifle it of funds and run it agound just like what happened in Cross River state after Donald Duke left as governor, Donald Dule handed Obudu Ranch to the state government and they stifle Obudu Ranch of funds and ran it aground, Obudu Ranch became a shadow of itself.
You that has something to offer why didn't you run for governor or even your local government election,He soludo remains the best governor in the whole of South East so far so deal with it
