Thanks man... By saying something about the primary display i figured out that my pc was showing stuff... But not on my monitor.... It was showing everything on my tv... I forgot i set it up that my tv is desktop 1 and the monitor is 2...thanks a lot
truly another issue there... Might be a good idea to see if a USB keyboard that has similar commands can assist with the issue. Then again, I wouldn't be sure since I have no proof of testing it.
Thanks, the BIOS config differs for each computer but you gave me the idea on the fundamental issue. I managed to fix mine finally by disabling the display option.
A good way to fix this bug is to use device manager to disable the cpu/motherboard on-board graphics adapter to force PCIE, also to switch off igpu render from bios.
I can't use start normal-fast or F8 when I press those buttons during start I get black screen . So I'm allowed to enter only in bios what should I do? (Window 7)
Hi, my computer won't even open from black screen even to time it correctly to open bios. Sometimes it will connect to my TV, then after restart I have to remove HDMI cabke and insert at a specific time for it to come back on the TV. It rarely works and I'm unsure if it is doing some form of updating which is why it won't let me see information and I just keep turning it off to see if it will work the next time. Can you help.

This Helped. It wasn't exactly the cause, but it help me recognize what my problem was when I watched a different video. I just did a Windows 10 reset and got to the point where it was setting up Windows and drivers. I looked away for about 10 minutes and when I returned, it looked like I was stuck in a black-screen. After about 30 minutes of research, I figured out because I had my TV plugged in as a 2nd monitor, my primary monitor was black-screen. I simply unplugged the HDMI cable going to my TV and I was back in business.
Hi my rca cambio 2 in 1 laptop tablet got a black screen because I messed with the bios. Do you know a way I can fix it? My device has no cmos battery.

I just clean the dust inside carefully like 15 hours ago. first it didn't recognized my password than getting worst and worst. I don't see anything about my graphic card anywhere in the same place of you. I think maybe my graphic card is disconnected something????
Mine gets to the lockscreen and when I put my password in and hit enter the black screen comes up with only the mouse visible (acer aspire v5) any ideas?
Tarzo usually won't be the same especially if it's a different model. Just try to see similarities and go from there is my advice. Other than that good luck!
Another way to fix the problem is to shutdown the pc remove the battery press power button for 5 seconds put back on the battery then press the power button, when the pc is about to start up and the windows logo displayed, long press the power button to shutdown the pc, then power back on,that will fix the problem, it works for me.😎
Shut the cpu off by holding the power button. Next morning, turned it on and endless Welcome screen. Tried several hours to fix. Decided to restore it to factory settings. Received the black screen. Powered off and back on, said it was installing something... waiting now to see what happens. Will update once I know. Update: went to Administrator Welcome screen. Back to Software Installation. HP File Based Installer.
john eric santiago sorry bud, the problem you mentioned sounds like a total different issue. A lot of things may be going on. Can go as bad as hardware or even from virus issue.
thanks ... your method didn't work because my boot advanced options were different and didn't have graphics options but the external display thing worked with a display.....here is what to do...when the screen goes blank press and hold the windows key and press P within 5 second intervals
