Thank you so much! i was really worried because when i was rendering my edit in after effects it freezes then i press something. after i restart it, the screen‘s black after startup. Man i was scared for 2 days because i brought this laptop weeks ago!!! really grateful, thanks ! 🙏🏻
This does not help me. Your startup screen APPEARS. My does not even do that. I have already reset the PC, rolled back both the BIOS and display drivers, and also reset the CMOS and laptop battery I have seen in other photos. System Restore is not even an option on my terminal. I already installed a new LCd screen, still nothing. I am all out of ideas.

Same situation, ang ginawa ko po inoff ko binilangan ko 30secs tas inon ko 30secs ulit. Before mag ilaw ng screen click nyo yung f11 tapos wag nyo galawin tas lalabas na yung restart click nyo troubleshooting then advance then system restore wag lang masyado click ng click baka mamatay ulit. Salamat sa nag share neto, nag panic pa man den ako hahahaha
Ganon nga po kadalasan ang nangyayari kapag nag-uupdate kya kailangan ulit na mag restore. Kaya ung sa akin po nireformat ko na lang hindi nmn po madedelete yong files nyo mga recent installed apps and programs lang. Kailangan nyo lng po magdownload at I save sa flash drive ang windows 10 OS na gusto nyo. Kapag kc ung reset the PC ang pinipili ko, ayaw ng system di ko ma reformat. Kung interested po kaung I reformat, may tutorial video po ko non. Thanks.

@@Jun-JunPrimo kakabili pa lang sa may gilmore neto jusme. pangit lang di sila nagdemo bago ibenta sa tito ko. sige salamat. nag-i-stress test ako at iniwan ko lang nakabukas ang laptop then biglang nagblackscreen ulet.
We have the same experience. Bago lang din itong lenovo ko. Kapag may nai-install akong bagong program na siguro di compatible sa system nito nagblack screen sya pag bukas ko ulit. Kaya di na ko nag iinstall ng masyadong program lalo na kung malaki ang bytes nya. Pag halimbawa I shutdown ko na at ang nakalagay sa screen ay 2 options; 1. shutdown 2. Shutdown and update, ang pinipili ko ung una.

hi i wanna ask, ang situation ko po kasi ganito rin pero pag nag hahard reset din ako ulit is nawawala na yung black screen, i havent tried this method yet pero napansin ko na puno na yung RAM ko, is it because of my RAM din ba? sana masagot thank u
Hii, yung laptop ko po kasi is nagloload naman sya and lumalabas hanggang sa desktop wallpaper as in yung image lang then after 2 seconds magbablack na yung screen and yung taskbar ay lalabas then mawawala. Need helppp
