Those are standard notations for correlation and regression...you will find them in most books

Sx and Sy is standard deviation of x and y

Sigma is used for population standard deviation and s is used for sample standard deviation...their formulaes are slightly different...in sigma divide by n and in s divide by n-1

bxy =n∑xy-∑x∑y / n∑y²-(∑y²) How? I get all that value of ∑x and all remaining through calculator..but I get last ans of bxy & byx wrong
