SOLVED: Chevy Cruze GM Black Screen, No Display, Radio, MyLink, Turn Signal, Fix 

I know this video is 3 years old, but I tried it the other day and it worked! You’re awesome! Curious to know if anyone found out why this happens? Good to know that after a year for you it never happened again!

This worked for me for 2 weeks! Had all of these symptoms plus my back up camera wasn’t working. Bluetooth wouldn’t connect. I wound up needing to replace my battery. I recommend getting the battery checked if you start seeing these symptoms. Might save you from being stranded somewhere.

I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze and I had the same problem. I followed Matt's steps and it really solved the problem. Now if they could recall this car because of the Trax-stability issue I keep having on this car.

TURN OFF CAR -- TAKE OUT YELLOW FUZE --TURN THE CAR OFF AND ON ---PRESS RADIO BUTTON ON OFF --TAKE KEY OUT FOR FIVE MINUTES --START CAR.

This saved me in my 2019 equinox today. Same situation but we caught it before the battery died. Pulled out the fuse (had to look up where the fuse was for radio), turned the car on and pressed the radio power button a few times w fuse out, turned car off and waited 5 min, turn on again w no fuse, turn off for a second, put fuse in, success!!! Saved us a trip to the dealership and saved my parents anniversary lunch. Thank you!!!

It didnt work for me still

i’m having this issue. my radio and everything works but the display and rear camera is just pitch black. doesn’t turn on or anything but the radio is still on. i tried this method but didn’t work out for me. fuse isn’t blown so idk what to do!

Radio is working but cannot control it and my screen is still black

Omg! This really works! I'm over the moon! I have a 15 cruze and my battery died after leaving the key in. I got a jump and the screen went blank and radio didn't work not the signal ticker! Now everything is working! Thank you so much! Xoxo

Had the same problem, my radio/display would also stay on so id just keep it off and play music on my phone. Just took my car to change the water outlet and got it back with the screen black after they reset the computer. This worked! Thank you so much for the video!!

I TRIED THIS ON MY 2017 GMC TERRAIN LITERALLY ABOUT 10 MIN AGO, HAD TO GET MY TRUCK JUMPED YESTERDAY...RADIO, TURN SIGNAL SOUND WENT OUT ALONG WITH THE LIGHTS ON THE BUTTONS TO CONTROL THE RADIO...FOLLOWED HIS DIRECTIONS AND EVERYTHING WENT BACK TO NORMAL...THANKS A BUNCH FOR YOUR VIDEO, YOU SAVED ALOOOOOOTTT OF PEOPLE FROM HAVING A HUGE HEADACHE & REPAIR BILL!!!!

Update: This worked great the first time but the next time I got in my car, the issue came back...
