I HAVE A EASY SOLUTION THAT WORKED FOR ME. Go to START in settings /click Use start full-screen... Go try start button. Now click full screen back off. That fixed it for me.
Not a single tutorial worked, after half an hour of mindlessly scrolling & trying to find a solution you finally mananged to help me!! Massively appreciated :D

Neither command string worked for me unfortunately, I just get _`'$manifest' is not recognized as an internal or external command, a program executable or file.`_ and the same for the next line of code ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Update: *_PowerShell_* was able to run the command on Windows 10, but it didn't work. I can only wonder what what even caused this issue in the first place... (٥↼∀↼)

@@TechReviewbangla Ironically, what I discovered was that my Virus Protecter (Acronis Cyber Protect: Home Office) was having an error, I used Windows Defender to find that I had a Malware file (which may or may not have been invovled), but with some research I found out my Protector's installation somehow got corrupted in the time I had it paused, and Uninstalling and Re-Installing it fixed both it, and my Windows Start menu. Weird, I know. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Thank you though! (^-^)/♪
