Great topic, I suffer exactly what you describe but for me it’s when I’m golfing with strangers I fear slowing them down, resulting in me having 4 or 5 doubles or triples, by hole 6 my “don’t give a s&*t “ factor kicks in and I golf as well as I can going forward. It can be as bad as a 60 on the front and a 45 on the back. Thanks for the advice.

Slowly I’m shifting from negative to positive when I’m on the course. It takes effort but, it makes a lot of difference!

First Tee is so important. I bad first shot can really lower your confidence for the next one, and sometimes it causes me to string together 2 or 3 bad tee shots because I am in my own head.
