I have been collecting your videos so I can have them for when I travel to a place with limited internet access. I must say when I saw malawax I kinda took it for granted that it is something I already know how to make marka wax cusub ma fileenin in aan arko. Instead, saddex nooc oo kale ayaan arkey different from what I knew! Ilaahey gacmihiina iyo xoogiina iyo caqliga aad na la wadaagteen Ha'idin ka abaal mariyo malaayiin jeer. :-) Masha'Allah. A tip for people who live in the U.S. use the Gold Medal all purpose flour to make Malwax. I noticed that it's the only flour that works in making this recipe. You can find it in Cub foods or Walmart. و الله فخورة بكم شيئ يطيب الخااااااطر :) على فكرة ملوح طبقي المفضل

Oh man they all looked delicious my personal favorite is the malawaax with the eggs and milk added to it with butter or margarine and sugar at the end. Top it off with some somali tea and woooooo !!! that's what i call a breakfast of champions. thanx for the vid sister or brother much appreciated

I tried making this, with no experience with Somali cooking, and it came out delicious! Thank you so much for the video!

First, use a non-stick pan. Second, cook it enough so the batter dries. Third, don't pour too much batter, otherwise it will be sticky and the malawah won't taste good. You could also use the second method of adding a little butter and browning the malawah on both sides. We hope that helped answer your question.
