Somaliland and Somalia united in a country called the Somali Republic which it's constitution wasn't even agreed upon and while talks was going on in 1969 there was a coup de ta and the dictatorship change the country name to Somalia and made new constitution which again wasn't agreed upon and then the civil war happened which means they're still two saperate countries
