Sadly I don't think Sombra is meta rn. Kiriko and Bap are too strong atm and the former especially just dumpsters Sombra's entire kit.

I LOVE it! Hacking one guy in the back, going invis and watching him shoot the air for a minute gives me such joy. And getting them to the point of focusing me is great too.

I agree, plus trying to shoot virus out of invis is really jank, so I prefer to just hack come out of invis then virus

It's better to virus first instead of hack when you're up against something without cooldowns, ana no nade, soldier no healing field. That way you have a higher chance they can't react

Yes! If your target gets healed, your combo will be useless af. But if you wait for the perfect opportunity, you will get a kill without any big trouble. THIS is how Sombra is portrayed in the lore and it fits perfectly. Carefully planning her move, isolating the target and then aggresively going in to secure the kill. After the job is done, going into the shadows again. I love the rework so much!

Skill issue supports are overtuned. The rework somber actually is easier to deal with as a support now that she doesn’t have free jail out free card she actually has to commit to a kill or be punished for it

@@Seyanoo(I agree that supports are overturned, but…) not really. Now, you take the damage from virus and you can’t do anything about it. Even if you aim well and kill her, you’ll die too. Before, if you hit a few good shots she would TP out- meaning that while she was still alive since she TPd, you would be alive too. Now you can’t do anything against it if you are alone no matter how good you are. I prefer playing as and against old Sombra much more

It was "SOOOO annoying when she ran away from a fight". Well now she sticks around and can actually kill you.

They can react to the hack sound and start evading. Sometimes it isn't even worth hacking the target. Hitting the Virus and getting a few accurate shots into them will often give you more value than going for the hack first.

@@CopShowGuy I don't disagree. I think it's better the other way though. I've had a lot of success doing this, and the numbers don't lie. There's always different playstyles.

@@lf2334 What you decide to do really depends on the situation. If the enemy is alone or if they're a support, going for the hack first can be good. If they're close to their team, just going for Virus first may be the better play.

Give people time to learn the hero better. She's still new. How many deaths were just from new trans behavior?

Play closer to your supports. Easy save. Just means a widow can’t be one dimensional anymore. Good.

@@sootyb6771 Ahh yes. You must stay 10 feet away from the enemies as a "sniper"... And get all the spam in your face 24/7. Ofc you can still somewhat play and survive, click heads. It's just not enjoyable anymore. At all.

Widowmaker is an unfair hero to play against so this is fine

One shots have no place in 5v5 so that's perfectly okay 👍

"My sniper character plays away from the team like a sniper and can be flanked, this is SO unfair" now excuse me while I go one shot everyone on the enemy team while 5 miles out of the fight because I'm playing valorant while they're playing OW 💀
