Some leakage escapes from OS 35 but free floating sheen is significantly reduced 

Some more fuel oil has escaped outside the OS35’s second boom, but the government says all indications are that the amount of free floating sheen is significantly reduced.
The port will resume non-bunkering operations tonight.
It was expected that there would be some further leakage from the vessel and this has happened today, though the authorities say the resulting sheening is “significantly reduced”.
Skimming is ongoing at two locations on the OS 35’s deck, inside both booms and in J formation on the Eastside.
