Some massive Australian diesel locomotive combinations - ATN - April 2002 

That lead locomotive almost looks like a SD40, but as far as I know it was only BHP that brought some to Australia to work on their Pilbara operations. They scrapped the SD40s and they are all SD70ACe now.
