Holy guacamole!!! The way I just squealed when you said "tell me your flabbers aren't ghasted" 😂 I have never heard anyone besides myself say my flabbers are ghasted and it made me so happy! 🤣🥰 That worked so so well! Your heart and purpose you've guven for yourself for this life in service to others who are suffering is so incredibly beautiful and heartwarming. From someone who has felt that deep desperate depression and complete hopelessness many times in my lifetime, THANK YOU! 💜 I know from listening to you, you really know how incredible what you are doing for people is and that makes my heart smile. 🥰 I'm imagining how much more beautiful and kind this world would he with more people just like you in it. Thank you for being you 💜
All that happened when my kid did the same was learn that she outgrew them a while ago and didnt tell anyone until they started hurting. She was wearing a size 9 kids and then when i measured her feet they were a 10,5 (but since thats hard to find ive been buying 11’s) shes never been able to have a pair of shoes long enough to need cleaning except for this one time there was a big pile of dirt in the daycare play yard and it was the one time she forgot to change out of her indoor shoes which WERE white…. And then were dingy grey until her “dad” managed to lose them that summer
When I was a kid many years ago my mom would buy us brand new white Keds and we'd spend the rest of the day rubbing dirt into them to get them suitably greyish brown in time for school. Sparkling white tennis shoes were for old ladies and not for us kids. As I recall tennis shoes came only in black or white. Keds had a round rubber seal attached to the shoe on the side. Some years later colorful tennis shoes came on the market, and then brand name shoes like Adidas, with three stripes, and the very expensive but comfortable Nike, with the swoosh.
Yes, my flabbers are gasted at the thought of you putting shoes anywhere near your kitchen sink and scrubbing them with something that I pray you didn't use on your dishes afterwards. 😔
Here's my simpler way: I pre-treat with Awesome Stain Remover, let sit for 1 min, remove the insoles, toss them in the washing machine & voila!🪄 Like new!
I can't understand spending all that money on name brand shoes they will just grow out of very quickly. We can afford such things but choose not to out of principle. Then other parents buy them and those kids make fun of ours for NOT having expensive shoes. It's ridiculous.
I love your channel and what you do for others, but when you speak so fast it gives me so much anxiety. I don't mean to attack, I would just enjoy your content a lot more if it was slowed down a bit ❤️
