We are deeply concerned about the issue of human rights violations and abuses in the USA. Freedom of speech and freedom of the media are fundamental principles for citizens of the United States of America. American Democracy is at risk of being lost. mask is off....The world: "USA is a joke now... "

I am also an alumni of Portland State University, and do not support the occupation and vandalism of the library. Interviewing one former sociology student hardly represents the rest of us. Students should have the right to use the library without being subject to these occupiers and their "study zones". And I doubt these protesters represent PSU students in general. The university should have an elected student body through which such issues can be addressed.
I did find her funny how she said students could come into the library to study. But I saw a few videos of people trying to get into the library. But the local antifa had guards and refusing entry and if you don’t leave they would toss them down the stairs. This 💩 won’t happen at Boston University.
@redbutban1394. I saw a video in which 3 Antifa thugs pushed someone down the library's stairs who was filming and trying to get inside the library. There was NOTHING PEACEFUL about this takeover. Anytime you side and ally yourself with Antifa, you lose all credibility of being a peaceful protest.

So, perhaps the young ‘lady’ with the Sociology degree (wow🤦♂️) would like to volunteer to contribute financially to restoring the library to its former state?
It does not matter if the protesters were peaceful before the police showed up. The encampment is illegal and violates the rights of students and faculty. It’s like saying that a squatter illegally living in someone’s house is peaceful. So what? When the police arrive, and you resist, they are allowed to use force to arrest you. Go tell it to the judge that you were peaceful.
Saccager la bibliothèque n'est pas protester en paix . C'est du vandalisme . Parce que leur protestation commence à perdre de leur crédibilité, personne fait plus attention , personne les écoute plus , c'est leur réaction : saccager le "lieu du savoir"
It doesn't matter peaceful or safe the library was. It's still Wrong. These young adults need to start being financially responsible for the clean up and damage that they cause when they protest and even kicked out of the schools. Then just maybe they might think twice about doing this.
You should report on carter he is getting old KPTV “Americans don't want to know and many Israelis don't want to know what is going on inside Palestine. It's a terrible human rights persecution that far transcends what any outsider would imagine, and there are powerful political forces in America that prevent any objective analysis.” “The word apartheid is exactly accurate... So within Palestinian territory they are absolutely and totally separated, much worse than they were in South Africa by the way.” “I would say that in many ways the treatment of the Palestinians by the Israeli occupying forces is as onerous - and in some cases more onerous - as the treatment of black people in South Africa by the apartheid government” Jimmy Carter
“They have erred grievously in seeking to impose themselves on Palestine with the aid of America and Britain and now with the aid of naked terrorism... Why should they depend upon American money or British arms for forcing themselves on an unwelcome land? Why should they resort to terrorism to make good their forcible landing in Palestine? If they were to adopt the matchless weapon of non-violence whose use their best Prophets have taught and which Jesus the Jew who gladly wore the crown of thorns bequeathed to a groaning world, their case would be the world’s and I have no doubt that among the many things that the Jews have given to the world, this would be the best and the brightest.” Mahatma Gandhi
@@avacigar5502 Your comment is proof or your ignorance. I am Jewish and at the protest. You are probably not even Jewish but you are a zionist like so many christians
We still don't know who the non-students were. At other schools the worst destruction and provocation has come from Israeli plants trying to make the Protesters look bad.
Simple solution. CLOSE THE UNIVERSITIES AS PROTESTORS NOT INTERESTED IN STUDYING BUT CREATING PROBLEMS INCLUDING VIOLENCE. PROTESTORS WHO ARE FOREIGNERS CAN BE DEPORTED BACK TO THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNTRIES. Other supporting Protestors can be sent to Gaza or Israel to go there and support instead of causing Disruption of lives of ordinary innocent victims. DO USA POLITICAL SOCIETY AND UNIVERSITIES HAVE THE COURAGE TO ACT IN THE INTERST OF COUNTY AND CITIZENS INSTEAD OF ACTING FOR PERSONAL POLITICAL INTERESTS. FREEDOM OF SPEECH DOES NOT PROVIDE FREEDOM TO HATE SPEECH AND INSULT and FREEDOM OF PEACEFUL PROTESTS DOES NOT ALLOW INCITING TO VIOLENCE AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTIES. Bless all
