Over five decades worth of modern and contemporary art assembled by artist and curator Fereydoun Ave -- this exhibition focuses on providing the viewer with an uncommon insight into the histories of art production and circulation in Iran from the late 1950s to the present and features a resounding 37 artists.
‘Some seasons: Fereydoun Ave and the Laal Collection, 1959-2019’ was originally conceived by the Carnegie Museum of Art for the 58th Carnegie International and is curated by Negar Azimi and Sohrab Mohebbi with Talia Heiman.
