I have a little rant about no one saying the hard or unpleasant after VSG things that could happen... This is for you.

Glad for all the tips. So sorry you are having a rough time of it. I have not had the surgery yet. I have a low pain tolerance uh oh! Are you doing much walking now? Maybe your body is just so shocked from all the change. Brain fog can be a sign of dehydration so watch those symptoms and call the Dr. if it continues.

Definitely! Walking is a must! Lol it's not all bad. I'm back to being me today, so that's awesome. I wish you the best of luck with your surgery- when is it? If you need anything, just let me know. :)

Did you try doing half water and have Premier Protein; that helped me get it down the first few weeks.
