The cohost gal Whitney Cummings was awful in the podcast. She's way harder to bear because she literally can't go five minutes without making it about her personal life, and 4 times out of 5 that means bringing up her exes in some way. And you can tell that she clearly has her exes actively taking up a ton of free real estate in her head the entire time. She's constantly insulting them and accusing them of either being pdf's or gay, and she says she even will send messages out to social media with the intention of thinking they will see them because she wants them to think about her. It's weird, it's awkward, and it's creepy.
I saw Bigs at the Walmart in Iowa yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn't want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, "So anways" I was taken aback, and all I could say was "Huh?" but he kept cutting me off and going "so anyways, so anyways, so anyways" and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen strawberry guava diet cokes in his hands without paying. Mumkey working his day job at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like "Sir, you need to pay for those first." At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear him, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When he took one of the cokes and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped him and told him to scan them each individually "to prevent any electrical infetterence," and then turned around and winked at me. I don't even think that's a word. After he scanned each coke and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting him by bigs tuahing really loudly.
I didn't even mind the Hawk Tuah girl herself here. She just comes off as a valleygirl normie who has been thrust into stardom through completely illegitimate means in order to create a Facebook Boomer tier meme. Honestly the original clip gives me the vibes of those old 2000s fake interviews that late night comedians would do where they'd talk to "people on the street" and get ridiculous responses where people are like "What's two plus two? Uh.... seven???" So that stuff's insufferable, and just is another case of the 2020s feeling like they're the 2000s again but for the most part only in the bad ways. But the Hawk Tuah girl herself doesn't seem that bad, she's managed to make friends with some real winners like Logan Paul, and she's making the most of her success despite being honestly just kind of normal and stupid, which is very similar to a lot of Twitch streamers. I did not mind her in all in the 19 minutes or so that got shown here.
If you're going to drink drink with friends. If you need to stop drinking but those friends keep on drinking then you need to find new friends for a while at least until you get your life under control.
