I can relate. I went to the gym last month and I was using one of the gym equipments wrong and this man kindly showed me how to use it. He didn’t even shame me or anything, he just said “excuse me miss but you’re using it wrong let me show you how to do” it and he did and he was encouraging me and giving me tips. It just goes to show that there’s still good people in this crazy messed up world.
It goes to show that you are also one of those good people in the world. The main reason people don't help others nowadays, especially in the gym is from fear of how the recipient will react to correction.
@@asandax6 st fu. The men who are called out by women aren't gentlemen. Stop trying to group those creeps as gentlemen and stop blaming women for calling those creeps out. Also this is a staged video.
@@glitterkitty4615that or they have a QR code with a video link to a how to machine. Or some machines have the simple step break downs printed on the machine. It’s sad people are afraid to go to the gym. The gym should be about accepting people and celebrating everyone’s hard work. If you’re still a little intimidated maybe try going with a friend until you feel comfortable. You got this!
Вот только когда она делала "не правильно" у нее как раз работала прямая мышца живота. А после того как ее поправили, нагрузка ушла на подвздошно поясничную мышцу... Делайте выводы)
I have done the exact same thing!! 😂 I felt embarrassed but thankful. Thank you gym guys who are not scared off by all those girls posting videos on the internet and shaming men for helping and being observant. The rest of us appreciate it!
This is why when I started back at the gym I made sure to have a trainer so that I knew what I was doing and I wasn't just wandering around aimlessly using all the machines wrong. 😅
most of these machines have images to show how to use them, but share the right way if you know so others can be safe using the equipment. We all start somewhere.
A reason I only went to the gym late at night was because the "i show you how its done" guys are not there. I hated being told i use the Equipment wrong when the movements they "mansplained" to me were completly different to what I wanted to practice. For example I needed to do lower back exercises a lot more than stomach because i have back issues but good stomach strength. A guy told me "you do it wrong, i can see you don't flex your stomach ... Well sherlock because its a back exercise... He took the weight out of my hand mid lift... I was to stunned to say Something and gladly my Trainer came around because she now and then came to check on me and my form ... She lectured him ... Similar things happened +-15 times until i decided i would go after 9pm
I hate gym’s that don’t have descriptions of what and how new gym machines are supposed to be be used. At least this guy was nice enough to tell her and show her how to properly use the machine correctly.
Unfortunately I seen someone at the gym doing the same thing i had to tell the old man how to use the machine before the younger crowd come in and roast him 😔
