they tear it up live, i was kind of iffy about seeing them live because i've seen a few videos where danny kind of sucked it up, but i seem 'em on the buried alive tour and they killed it

if you scream for a longer time, it will hurt if you're not trained very well. also there is a big diffrence between low and high screaming. i've been practising for about half a year now and low screaming is a less demanding than high screaming. i guess that's why danny mainly does low screams live. and let's not forget the drug and alcohol abuse

he's sober for the moment because he has a torn vocal chord from too much stress & yes , alcohol & drug use is always a factor in that . but being drunk during a set isn't why . it strains the voice in other ways .

more like its just cause all the drugs and all the drinking abuse. And i said "after a while of screaming you stress out your voice and its true. Your screaming out words at least 2 hours a few times a week. that messes up your throat sooo much. Singers dont really lose there voice a lot.

Your telling people to get there facts straight but you are so wrong! A vocalist is more likely to strain his voice over a period of time by singing than screaming, if you scream properly it doesnt use your throat muscles therfore voice stays intact. He could have a bad screaming technique or just cant sing it properly either way he has an amazing voice screamo or not i love it. But just be careful before you judge other ppl :)

I hate how people say they sound bad live. Ok you should know that Danny drank before shows and everyone knows that when you drink a shit ton, you can't sing very well. That and it could be the mike as well. The video for Not The American Average is a live concert and they kick ass. They are even better now. Watch the Rock in Ring concert with them. Danny kicks ass.

I think Ben wasn't too happy with Danny when he put his arm around him knowing that his vocals were way off and forgetting the lyrics. I have a tattoo on my forearm with the title of this song. Now that he doesn't get trashed before shows his vocals are pretty decent. This is just an embarrassment to the rest of his band who played perfectly.
