Anytime you go outside the will of God to get something you're going to have to stay outside the will of God to keep it 👊🔥

I felt so ashamed for having "fallen for it (again)," even tho I put up some really strong boundaries for purity & looking for fruit, but I feel like they get more and more versed in how to say and do the right things that it takes longer for me to see the mask finally slip... but to hear you say "unction" vs "assumption" that really helped me be kinder to myself in processing what I've been going through... I kept dismissing the unction thinking I was making an unfair assumption from my own past experiences. This helps me face the shame, put this in my toolbox (like so many of your messages!) and move forward better equipped. I want to grow and be able to discern so effectively, I'm willing to humble myself to learn how to be more in lockstep with Holy Spirit. Surgury hurts, but I accept the love that comes with this. Thank you for speaking life & truth!

I knew I was out of the will of God because MY MIND/SPIRIT WAS ALWAYS TORMENTED BY SOMETHINGS that I was doing. Revelation AFTER REVELATION today! HALLELUJAH!!!

Discernment is the ability to tell the difference between "Right" and "like right"

1. Counsel 2. Repetition 3. Dreams 4. Uneasiness

“God will not give you a next word until you have NOW obedience” This blessed me in so many ways Amen 🙏🏽

Please listen to that feeling...a few months ago a friend invited me to go have a drink w other friends. Something told me not to go, I felt so uneasy..I went either way. That night was the most horrible night ever, my friend got shot in front of me and passed.. I should have listened to that feeling. I'm emotionally and mentally better now because of GOD...I shld have listened

"that's not insomnia, that's a cautioning" this word!!

Oooo this is so important. The prudent take refuge. I started dating a guy that fulfills on the surface everything I've been praying for, but it doesn't feel correct in my spirit. It's unsettling and uncomfortable, but the spirit is telling me he's not for me. He's for someone else. Now I'm getting up the courage to end it even though there's nothing materially wrong. Ugh. Ya'll pray for my strength.

“Why are you procrastinating with the word God gave you in 2018” if this aint God idk what is, im uplifted

Oh my goodness this series is SO GOOD 🙌 1 Peter 5:8-9(NLT): Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your family of believers all over the world is going through the same kind of suffering you are.

Pastor Jerry, the LORD brought your teachings into my life this month, and I give Him thanks for using you as an instrument to help me go deeper with the Word applied. I'm in a season of change: coming out of Egypt professionally (teaching) and waiting for my husband's salvation and transformation. Your Symptoms series, and today, this Something Ain't Right teaching, is tearing down strongholds and building character. God told me very clearly 3 years ago to TRUST HIM and to "get out of His way", to be strong and very courageous. Thank you, Pastor, for your willingness and obedience to teach us the hard parts of being a follower of Jesus! God bless you, your family, and your ministry.

Guilty as charged! He told me, I felt it & He confirmed so much to me about people i let get close to me & i was ignoring him. He closed the door i went through the window & i paid for it 😂💯 its crazy, because it came in my dream for real & still proceeded🤦

Deception is a gut punch...the afterbirth of deception is distrust...struggling with hurt and pain to work through so true! Amen the blood is stronger than mud...the blood to wash us clean from all those who are mean 😭

Proverbs 27:12 [12]A prudent man foresees evil and hides himself; The simple pass on and are punished. This absolutely happened with me, recently a guy was hitting on me and I know that the Lord has called me into the season of being single, then the Holy Spirit revealed to me that that person is actually a covert narcissist. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord for giving me discernment beforehand. 🙌🏻✝️💓😄

I've certainly walked this road as a simple person and it's a lesson learned to pray more and listen to that discernment

It’s so important to be able to trust yourself and learn how to love yourself after experiencing trauma. I just did a video about trusting your intuitive ion called: Something Don’t Feel Right?

I watch A LOT of sermons, and A LOT of pastors. The Lord has taught me so much about what is sound biblical teaching and what isn’t thru all the watching and learning I’ve done since 2019. Jerry Flowers is by far one of my favorite children of God to watch and learn from. His reverence for the lord is inspiring and you’re so right Pastor Flowers, this generation requires REAL! I’m SO here for it! 👏🏼🙏🏼♥️

My Sunday school teacher turned me on to Jerry, I've only watch a handful of his sermons but boy!!! They have been affective for me. So Mr. Jerry if you see this THANK YOU 🙏.. GOD THANK YOU, HOLY SPIRIT 🙏 THANK YOU. PRAISE GOD 🙌🙌✝️🗣️🗣️

Thank you God, i hear you and I'm sorry that i tune your voice out because i don't want to acknowledge your warnings about my sinful behaviour and that's because i was starting to be comfortable sin, that your warnings started to sound like a disturbance rather than an alarm to awaken me from my own deception, i don't want to search for comfort in it anymore, but i want comfort in you, i want to delight in you o Lord, to find joy in your voice and warmth in your presence, In Jesus' name i pray, amen.

Gotta pay attention to those unctions you get from the Holy Spirit. Godly discernment is so powerful and a blessing. I don't want to be out of the will of God. This word was a blessing!

wow so poweful! everything you said resonates with everything ive experienced in the last 7 years. when you are closer to God and serving thats when there are more attacks. but please dont ever ignore your gut about something. When ive ignored it it has turned out bad. i had a bad feeling about a job, but took it anyway because i needed a job. there was a lot of dark stuff going on in that company. i prayed with friends about the job as i knew it wasnt a good environment to work in. the next day they made me redundant. i just smiled and they were like 'you are taking this very well ', but i knew it was God. what i will say is that God does still give you a way out when we make a wrong choice, but there are consequences we have to live out.

Yes, there's many situations we continue in yet the uneasiness in our gut has warned us...

I'm not going to front I have listened to this message about five or six times and I am listening to it this morning. The world needs to hear this. I am so proud of the anointing that's on your life. God is really speaking through you and using you. I like it that is not sugarcoated ...it it's exactly what we need to be better because we can.

I'm literally fighting back tears right now while i'm at work. This hits home hard especially when he talked about the trust issue and the abuse experienced in childhood. I had already recognized I needed therapy to heal from those wounds that I pushed down and numbed myself to through overworking in order to divert my attention away from them.

You're so right pastor. Our mind being tormented when we do wrong is a real penalty. It sucks because it affects me at random times.

And I truly think that's what's going on in people. They are dealing with the emotions of someone else who have violated them. So this is why a lot of relationships are struggling or people can't make connections. (Deceit)

Lord that's me, stop eating out!! Each time after I do it a feeling of disappointment comes over me

The prudent feel the uneasiness and take refuge but the simple are untaught. How long will you justify it as it’s bugging you? Just recently got out of a situationship that was not serving me, and I literally always felt bothered. I was waiting for a confirmation when I had the authorization all along. The residue & the aftermath are not worth it. The afterbirth of deception is distrust. Perversion touched me before puberty ever had me. The blood is stronger than mud. The glimpses of potential makes us overlook the gray. Every spiritual siren is not a test. God is so loving that even in our carnal state, He will keep on saying the same thing.

Sometimes I feel like you are the only Pastor that is supposed to exist. If every sinner heard YOUR perspective and never came across a Christian that scared us away, I think people would actually want to come back to God. I can never thank you enough for being obedient to your calling. I was literally an IMPOSSIBLE person to convert…..but, you have turned me into a very solid disciple. The Devil could never have me again.
