Hello palangga hopefully your be getting well sooner,,,one thing I can advice you is just avoid some foods that no good or unhealthy foods, like sweets,sodas, chocolates,processing foods.. better to eat more fruits and vegetables rather, ahhh about rice it's neutral but better just 1 cup or 2 cups a day like that, about work out it's nice ahhh but you should choose the good one not heavy for body or health, like you will go the gym it's not so very active fo the our body specially for the girls, better like normal exercises that our body it's not hung out, that's why every time I done commenting you're vlog and sir Martin is I always telling you that make a balance diet or balancing the foods because of your health because when our age comes from 30's above or 40's it's going be different and I know that you're Job is not that like your so relaxed or what, 😉 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️ thanks and Godbless po 😇😇😇😇😇😇❤️❤️❤️❤️... and take some rest sometimes... bed rest,, tc.

Time to slow down and rest. You have been on a jet set all over the place. Need to let time catch up with you and go within for a change. Rest those wings, and flick those fins. And as for Martin comment on donuts with rice. He may be on to something. Ave, create that.! Its a one of a kind. I have never had it, but I want that rice donut. Lol. Ave, this too shall pass.

Ave. You need fish head soup with vegetables. Eat that several times a week, and snack on walnuts. Food for the brain, and relating to the head. It won't hurt to try. It is healthy, qnd it may be just what you need!

My Doctor’s name is Jonathan Arkin and it’s located in National Theatre in Oslo City, Norway. Our body will tell us when something is wrong and I’m happy you found the right doctor for it. Those sessions were very helpful, you’re so blessed to have found a very supportive fiancé and mother in law that genuinely cares for you. Focus on your recovery and don’t forget your workout. I had the same problem 2 years ago. Spent days and days on end doing the same therapy. I was off work for a year with it. I also had migraine with vertigo. Not fully recovered yet but I am on the mend. Good luck with your therapy and rehab. Stay happy always with Martin.

I am doing vestibular therapy like that as well because of a traumatic brain injury which causes me suffering from severe headache, dizziness and imbalance, my neurologist said dizziness and imbalance can be because of crystals in our ear to be out of place. Aloha! What a wonderful vlog! Thanks for sharing your health and wellness journey! I always thought that feeling imbalance is because of low blood pressure, or sudden movements like getting up fast! Glad you found a great doctor! Yes, us women need to lift weights or do weight bearing exercises! I'm almost 67 and I try to go to the gym to keep my blood sugar down, as I have T2D. Anyway, you and Martin really compliment each other! God bless you and your future together! Way to go!

The funny thing about healing is that you let go of anger faster and faster. Not because you’re repressing your emotions or faking positivity, but because you now know your route back to peace. You know what to do to feel good and what thoughts to listen to, and you do these faster. It depends; we’re not all angry about the same things, and our anger doesn’t all have the same depth. Either way, one of the best ways to change something about ourselves is to increase our knowledge. Some can do it independently; other times, outside help will be needed. My dear Ave, Heal, but also have fun and allow yourself to make mistakes. Even if that means there are new things you’ll have to grow from in the process. Welcoming joy and simply living is a part of the healing process too.

It's good that you are advocating yourself when it comes to your health. It's better to do early interventions than nothing. You know yourself and keep on noting about any changes and take notes any questions you wanted to ask to your doctor so you are well prepared and you won't forget anything. Kasi minsan once you're at the clinic you'll forget something. My father in law is a chiropractor and when I was pregnant w/ my eldest son I had a problems on my lower back. He helped and the pain was gone after so many sessions even after I gave birth w/ my son. Now, totally gone.

I have been feeling that way too for quiet a time already. 2 mos ago, my primary doc subjected me to some lab and it came out I am lacking some vit D so has to take it along with Calcium. I am on post surgery too for my gallbladder so lets see if I will no longer feel it. It just come and go... had my eyes checked too and both are in excellent condition.... i am praying that you feel better soon Ave. And yes its true that we should take care of ourselves in that way we will be able to take care of our loved ones and do the things we are passionate about..... keep safe always. Happy to know that Martin and his Mama Liv are there to help you!
