Creating is good you’ll see results but make sure you drink a good amount of water because it will make you retain some water. I use the EHP labs creating with glutamine.

Salmon is a power super food one of the best foods you can eat for your overall health . Great for your heart , brain , skin , blood and for fitness performance . Its amazing . As far as taste , hot sauce and barbecue sauce is the key to eating salmon . I dont like the taste so i eat it with either sauce and its good.

Omg be very careful our baby girl just died in October she bit a poisonous frog and got a seizure it was late at night and they rushed her to some guy who was a vet but as soon as they got there she passed away. I am still so heartbroken about it and cry over it because I will never see my sweet Bella again so take care of Kobe and Ralo 💔🙏🏻
