I really like the affirmation hour thing, its just inspiring to me because your life seems like its so put together and that motivates me to do something that benefits me today like you said. Today im goint to try to deep clean my room, ive been putting it off for so long, but im going to organize my closet and fold all my clothes, change my bed sheets, clean my desk, vacuum, dust, and try to have everything look less messy.

I’m really loving these videos. I’ve been depressed since I was 16 years old (I’m 21 now) and I truly hope my life will transform so I can be happy. These videos give me that hope and I’m so happy for Hannah and her friends 💜
