This line of reasoning doesn't hold. You are comparing apples and oranges. A classroom examination can't be compared to murder, rape, sex slavery, slavery, etc. There is too much suffering in this world, what is Allah waiting for? If he is able to stop all the suffering, but he is not going to do it because he is "testing" us, then he is a sadistic, heartless, evil being.
