Sonajhuri Haat is a cultural and nostalgic place & very famous or popular rural marketplace in West Bengal, India, known for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse offerings.
It is situated in the Santiniketan, Bolpur, Birbhum district, approximately 2 or 3km from Visva-Bharati University.
You all can visit here with friends and family to Experience authentic Bengali village life where you can Meet local artisans skilled craftsmen showcasing handmade products.
Also you can have Fresh juice .
Buy traditional Bengali handicrafts, textiles, and jewelry.
You can also find some Street foods like pakora, chop & some Savor local cuisine, including mishti doi (sweet curd) and jhal muri (spicy puffed rice).

Best Timing to visit:
Sonajhuri Hat is open every day but in the weekend the visitors are countless. Especially Saturday & Sunday are the best to visit around 10am to 3pm.

Visit early morning for the best experience.
Bargain and negotiate prices.
Try local food and drinks.
Respect local customs and traditions.
