Am I the only one who thinks this sounds like a blood magic ritual? He carved runes into her skin so she can never ever run away from him again... This way, he will always find her. A twisted plot twist in Caleb and Juliet's story, indeed...

Shisco i think the song speaks about the regret that Juliet feels for killing Caleb and how that feelings are like Caleb its still alive in her mind ... in the end she never escape from Caleb
