The gear problem is SRAM. They are terrible. Swap to shimano.no more issues

I have the NX eagle version of this with the 100mm Reba fork and 29" wheels. I've upgraded the tyres to Schwalbe Hans Dampf's and gone tubless. It rides fast on climbs and the flats and can handle red grade trails or equivalent terrain with no problems. Obsouvily it isn't going to outperform an enduro bike on the rough downhill stuff but around a full loop with climbs and descents, it is pretty quick. I'm pretty happy with my purchase, just wish I'd got a GX version.

Hello, I'm about to buy this frame. I would like to put 2.6 tires but I worry about clearance for mud.

What gear set do you have on this is it SX Eagle?

order the frame and solid fork to create a bike packing rig . However Sonder shit the bed and said they had it and shipped my the frame without the fork and now a month later I'm still waiting and my trip was in two weeks. Sadly my faith in the management of this company has failed. Lets hope the bike holds up.
