Lyrics were actually written by the drummer of Ben Folds Five. But yes. I remember when my best-friend brought the CD over in 1998 and said "You have to hear this!" "Give me my money back..."
It was available as a bonus DVD included with the original CD release of Ben Folds Live in 2002. There are plenty of new and used copies floating around out there. I highly recommend it.
The entire dvd is on my channel... it's a compilation dvd so I'm sure the source dvd is out there somewhere but I've yet to stumble upon it to download or buy.
