@@Draezeth Im gonna be posting another ocarina of time in osrs soundfont track very soon its almost ready. might check out the hollow knight stuff even though i havent played it.
I played Old School Runescape for the first time last summer, I was 38. When I hear music from OSRS, and see it or play it, it somehow makes me feel nostalgic if I played it as a child. That's astounding to me, no other games hit that nostalgia note quite like it unless I played as a kid, but OSRS feels like the game I was always missing. Now I'm too old and work too much to really get involved, get a community, can only be a filthy casual and solo quest now and then. I hope the community thrives for like at least 25 more years so when I retire or cut back to part time, I'll still have something to sink all those hours into. But we'll probably be in 1984 by then so whatever.
My disposition won't let me play games properly anymore but I am getting addicted to this "Runecore" stuff... The simplicity and nostalgic quality of the soundfont is soothing, not to mention the familiar tune. I hope I can get a job in the next few years... Then I can afford to go through _childhood 2.0!_
Oh my god you got that really cool orbiting sound thing going on in here. This was amazing before i even noticed that. I cant wait for this to blow up.
Keep it up! I love this crossover content you've done for OSRS, blending two nostalgic properties. Perhaps we could see some WoW tracks in the OSRS style?

Now someone needs to do a LoZ:OoT game but in OSRS style and graphics. Imagine the Grandmaster Achievement list on that; it'd be like Jad with only Melee

This is something you'd expect to find on limewirre back in the day, only for it to total your pc, but here in the year 2024, anything is possible. Crazy crazy world. How did you get the soundfont?
