Song: To Celia "Drink to me only with thine eyes" is a poem by Ben Jonson. In this poem, the poet is asking Celia to drink to him but by her eyes (hypothetically!) or leave a kiss on the cup and the poet would not even need wine. As the poem progresses we see that the love the poet is so keen to seek and be overwhelmed by is just one-sided. The feeling is not mutual as she returns the flowers he sends her. The poet however is somewhat comforted that at least they smell of her.

alliteration is linking two or more words for effect as their first letters are similar. For example, humble home, power play etc. For other elements of Figure of Speech such as metaphor, check out the vidoes that are already uploaded on this channel.

Sir,why the poet used the word 'wine'?does he want to refer the pleasure of love by using this.If he is comparing love with wine then can a spiritual love be lost like man lost himself after drinking wine?

I think the poet is comparing wine to his lover's glance because the glance intoxicates him the same way as a glass of wine does.

Depends on your perspective. Wine here can mean "intoxication of the glance", "life", "literally wine". A ghazal can be interpreted various ways, so can be a poem.
