Bad man mad lad been killin' since 17.. Songer has got to be my top modern rapper. From the first BL@CKBOX set 5 years ago, til now - bruv has never slacked. The lyrics cut deep, and move me on such a personal level, that I really feel. Like he sums up so many of my feelings, in such an articulate, brilliant manner. Not many artists these days, make me really feel something, but he does. When he said "I should really pick it up, when people calling my phone, because if something happens to them, I'll be talking after the tone. But I'm a hypocrite, I'll rarely ever do what I'm told; but I've always been awake, when I was young, I was old." Really hit me. There's so much to his wordsmithery, and it feels very personally relatable. It's amazing to see bruv still at the top of his game, never lacking in at least 5 years. Underrated and underappreciated. Mans is without doubt, one of the best, and I wish him all that he deserves. Topper. Fuckin' topper mate. Undeniable.
