I got here from your A-Rank clears video. Heard this in the background and was befuddled thrice, realizing that, yes, those were Calydon songs and, yes, they were character anthems (or leitmotifs). Absolutely love this. Thank you for putting this track together!
Have to say that "King of Storms" is my fav out of these 16 (fanmade?) songs! :D The Chorus & Burnice Perspective are absolutely stunning, could listen to these parts for hours in loop.. 😅
Chocobox i right, i merely supplied the lyrics and directions where i wanted the songs to go and "Udio" whipped them up for me and i then edited it together to something i found to be a fitting "Sons of Calydon" album
It's decent. You clearly have a good ear for what makes symphonic metal. So, I'm not going to hold back on the critique. I think you missed the themes in the mix. I want more like this but you have to put more Western in it fi you're gonna do Calydon. Bernice and Lighter's songs are the only ones that hit close to the mark. Folk Metal is gonna be a good place to start. Acoustic guitar layers in with the electric, use blues riffs to develop. Build up to heavy double bass drops and then let the ladies rip with growls. Blegh! You feel me? Gotta slap that AI around more, make it give you soul. Put Clutch in the mix. Lyrically, you gotta get these names out of their mouth. Allusion is more effective.
Thank you Zhuren! There's defo a personal bias here, Had the whole album sounded like Burnices and Lighters song i would've personally not enjoyed it, so went with the Caesar demo as inspiration where they use a very similar OST to Metal Gear Revengeance that's very metal. But i'll defo take the critique with me
@@HakoCity I'm choosing to interpret this as a challenge! (On the real though, let's encourage more people to make these as ZZZ fan-content, it just makes so much sense. Bardic Needle here we come!)
This is just AMAZING!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! It’s going to be so cool listening to all of these whilst playing the game in the background. Absolute bangers! 🔥🔥🔥 I like that you’ve put the lyrics on the side so that I can learn the songs quicker… some of them are SO catchy!
