Start declaring in God's Word where he healed the deaf. Keep saying it and praying his words of healing. Don't let the devil say he's not going to. Cast down the devil every time he puts a negative thought in your mind. Keep declaring God's Word. God wants us to pray His Word. Find His Word in the bible of healing the deaf and keep declaring it.
