It's been almost 4 years but this is still the best piece of Minecraft content out there

Even 4 years after I watched it for the first time, I still return to this masterpiece. Original story and characters, smoothly animated, includes beautiful music wich gave me this music taste that I truly love. Black Plasma, or now, Squared Media - if you see this, you should know that thousands, even millions of people, are waiting for return of the Ardoni stories. You made my childhood!

A message here for future generations: Don't let this movie die.

Bro I’m rewatching this in 2022 and realized how far this show can really go truly is a shame they canceled it I’d do anything for this to be brought back 😭

All this could have been avoided if Thalleous just looked behind him! Maybe if he didn't have his Airpods in he would have heard the spear. God dammit Thalleous, you had one job.

One thing I would want to say: The way the story was written up to the point that Thalleous died made me think that Thalleous was our main character, which made his sudden death such a shock. Amazing writing!

"But perhaps the truth will help you one day find peace" Such a great line, And what an amazing movie. I can remember falling in love with this series March 2020. This series bring back such a treasure trove of memories. The animation is gorgeous, the writing is beautiful, the characters are great, the storytelling reminds of The Lord of the Rings. It's such a fantastic series. I was devastated when it got cancelled.

Songs of War is the BEST, most epic animation I’ve ever watched! I’ve supported this incredible series since the first episode was released and have always felt an attachment to the story and its characters. It’s just incredible and nothing can replace it. Thank you so much to the creators of this animation! It may have been canceled, but it will always have a place in the hearts of everyone in the Songs of War fandom. :,)

I know it’s not a million, but all I’m asking for is never letting that passion you have for this story die. David, Sam, everyone who was working on Songs of War did an amazing job! I remember watching this for the first time, 3 days after it released, on my first ever phone. And now, 4 years later, stumbled upon it again - and I still feel the same feeling I did 4 years ago. Excitement, happiness, sadness. To put it short, 4 years later - and it’s still a true masterpiece.

This is such a masterpiece. It is quite sad that we can't have the second season due to the circumstances explained a year ago, but I hope one day, this series could be revived and we could finally get the second season, even though the chances are quite slim. Nevertheless, this series is one of, if not, the best minecraft animation series in RU-vid.

I've rewatched this quite a few times now. I love this movie and it qill always be my favorite. The storyline is amazing, and everything about it was so appealing. I can't believe it won't continue since I have been waiting so long for it. I respect your choice, and how your lack of motivation got the best of you. It is hard, I understand. We all do. Songs of War is by far the best Minecraft Movie in the world, with amazing and smooth animations, rich lore, well-done colors, and so on. It is such a pity that it has been discontinued. I hope Squared Media can make the wise choice to continue the works on Songs of War, for if this movie has acquired already nearly sixty million views, then when the next Songs of War movies will be released, they will not only gain a similar amount of views, but will also spread word and popularity of this epic movie. No other Minecraft Animation Studio is as perfect and unique as Squared Media, and they have so much potential to finish the masterpiece that has been waiting three or four years to be complete. Again, it has potential beyond imagination. It need not be said that it has a well-written script, that it has magnificent soundtrack, sound effects, story, lore, and so many more things. Songs of War has a huge fan community, and they would explode as soon as they found out Songs of War is coming out with the rest of its official series. When I read the entire script, I almost fell into tears, one of the very few pieces made by mankind that I have found to do so. The movie used to give me goosebumps whenever I started watching it. But, knowing that it is currently not continued, it now fails to do the same to me. I still feel tingles in the most epic parts of the movie, especially the end, where the climax breaks the atmosphere, but it now only disappoints me that it is only the end of a story with two more seasons that has already been plotted out. May Squared Media make the wise decision of bringing a continuation to this unique, beautiful, and masterfully made series.

I rewatched the movie after 2-3 years and it just makes me realize how much work went into this film, the building of the map, the casting, the recording, the scenic shots, and so much more, and all of that and the hard work of so many people made this a reality. It's just sad that season 2 and 3 are cancelled. I've read through the script and I won't give any spoilers but some crazy stuff happens. If you would like to know, I would highly recommend you read the script but my point is, please support this series. Although season 2 and 3 are cancelled, this series is insanely well made and give it the attention it deserves.

This was one of my favorite animations back then, because of the storytelling. At the time, this was at its peak of popularity. Coming back to it feels weird to me, like nostalgia.

Without it, my time for the past few months would never have been same, especially during these dark times. Ok, here's my message to the community watching this: The full movie is finally here, so listen up. David said that he'd judge how well this video does for Songs of War Season Two. If it does well, then Season Two will release eventually, but if it doesn't do well, then only the script and basic layout will be released and the actual series and animation with all the music and voice acting will not happen. However, I think I can speak for all SoW fans here that we all want Season Two to happen, none of us more than the creator David himself. So, if you want Season Two to happen, here's what we need to do: 1: Donate to their Patreon (come on, the lowest one is only one dollar a month, you can't even fork up that much?) 2: Subscribe to their channel and like the video (if you haven't done that, why are you here?) 3: Share this video with everyone you know, even your pets. (And I don't mean just send them a link; tell them how awesome SoW is and why you like it so much, and why it's worth their time to watch it) 4: Absolutely do not skip the ads in the video, help them get their ad revenue! 5: Buy their merchandise! (Who wouldn't want a Thalleous Peas shirt, or a Derp cushion?) 6: Last, but probably the most important and easiest to do, download this video or save it or whatever, and leave it running throughout the day. I'm back. Rewatching a legendary series which deserves awards.

Marvel: Nobody can beat our masterpiece: Endgame! Black Plasma Studios: Hold my Song of War.

Songs of War is the definition of everyone is a villain in someone else's story.

No idea how this got in my recommended, but oh man does this bring me back to the old times. The imagination in this story is a prime example of what childhood minds could create, only this was actually brought to fruition, with an extremely impressive performance. The setting in Minecraft gives me nostalgia, as well as the old rpg style with medieval monsters, factions, magic and the like. This piece really is a gem, one that I’m happy to have come across by chance to remind me of the great imagination that has unfortunately faded somewhat in recent years. And best of all, I haven’t even seen the climax in season2, my luck I found this afterwards.

I just learned something new about Magnorites; "Magnorites aren’t organic. They begin as simply an ore-like block. When mixed with lava, they are “born.” They run on the lava energy which birthed them and runs through them. Because of this, they do not sleep nor eat, but they burn through their lifetime very quickly and tend to live only around 15-25 years." Poor Igneous didn't even have a family😔

If season 2 can’t be animated, make it into a Novel. The story itself is far to great to be left alone!😭

My own understanding of the "songs" (their abilities) Red song: for offence, like fire balls, sucking things or your enemies(💀), red shards, a red circle blast, shockwaves, and lasers Blue song: for defense, like a barrier that acts like a sheild, and freezing a part of your body or your whole body to tank an incoming attack Green song: might be telekinesis or controlling the elements (like the earth attack death singer did on the tide singer, and that ardoni that caught the red blast with air powers...?) Yellow song: for mobility, like teleporting a short distance, and the song that the tide singer used against the death singer that allowed him to do multiple air jumps

What an irony, the war between Voltaris and the 4 clans has been going on for hundreds of years because of endless revenge

Such a masterpiece of stunning animations, great voice acting and realistic sectors of environment. Sadly it had to be discontinued. Forever this movie will retain its superiority amongst the greatest storyline to ever exist in Minecraft's animation category. The animations and vibrant colors just cannot be comprehended, I am just speechless, an ABSOLUTE BEAUTY of visuals.

Can't believe it's been 3 years since Episode 1 was released. I remember first watching this back in 2019 and 2020 during the lockdown caused by the pandemic, the memories and nostalgia it brings now hits hard. Words can't describe how wonderful this series is, and it's a shame that it had to be cancelled. The storyline is so well-written that I cried after reading the whole script... not to mention that the animation, effects, and voice acting were honestly just insane. I'm so disappointed that it didn't get the amount of views or attention it deserved. But most importantly, the people I met and the community I was part of made this experience unforgettable. I met so many amazing and talented individuals in the fandom wiki, and they encouraged and supported the fanfiction I wrote and the music videos I made. I made friends I never would’ve met otherwise and I am so incredibly grateful for that. Unfortunately, the wiki is gone now and all that remains are old memories and dead passions... but the impact it had on me was still huge. I am now writing my own novel because this series inspired me so much. Although I have moved on, Songs of War will forever have a place in my heart. It is and will forever be my favorite animation on this channel. Even though probably no one will see this, I would like to say thank you. Thank you to all who made this experience possible. Edit: First of all, thank you for all the likes! I didn't expect so many of you to see this. It means a lot to me. Second, I have just learned of some very unfortunate news. This movie... oh my god, I am absolutely speechless. The story is *AMAZING* , the world is so *UNIQUE* , and the animation... Oh god, I can't even dream of an animation this good. This is taking minecraft animation to the next level, heck a level I didn't think was possible. You have no idea how much I want to see what happens next. masterpiece i for real cried when i found out this project got canclled i still remembere waiting everytime for a new episode to release i had better expirience watching this then watching other movies or series big shoutout for every one working on the team even small things like the designers of the skins or designing the weapons yall did a great job yyou really made every day i watched this stunning story the 2 h of the full movie are just flying by and i cant stop hoping for this project being brought back to life in some days which i think will stay just a hope sadly
