Songtan Market Kimjang with South of Seoul | Community Kimchi Making Event 2023

The Songtan Market Kimjang Event, led by Ms. Sue in conjunction with South of Seoul, took place on December 9th and 10th. These were two brutal full days of traditional kimjang that Ms. Sue led a group of local foreigners to experience.
Ms. Sue donated her time and expertise to help local foreigners in the community learn the kimjang process for making kimchi. Everyone worked incredibly hard. They were able to make kimchi for attendees and 17 boxes of kimchi for the Alternative High School.
This is the second kimjang event that Ms. Sue and South of Seoul have hosted for local foreigners in Pyeongtaek.
