I was stranded in my car one time with my little dog leaving a bad situation to get help. Im here in Florida & raining terribly. I had no cell phone charger, money, anything, & out of nowhere a lady with the most gentle light bluish eyes came out of nowhere & wrote down the year & make of my car and brought back a battery! I went to hug her & she just like disapated away! This happened just as i was having my Spritual Awakening with the synchronities. Empath in recovery❤
I love my children, I love my family, I love my friends and about 2 years before my dear father passed away I sat down and wrote "I love" statements about all the things I could think of that I loved about him. When we were alone together I gave it to him. He read it, smiling and when he was finished we hugged and he folded it in 3 and put it in his breast pocket. When he passed away I printed out another copy and had the funeral director place it in his breast pocket ❤ Love you Dad, always and forever. ❤️❣️❤️❣️

Growing up I used to call this familiar voice in my head Greyco and when I started going to church i learned that it was the still small voice of God and people would often laugh when I would share with them about that but it had ap much more of a personal feeling thank you ao much because i missed calling them that. And I did have a situation where sos angels came to my aid when I needed help where I was targeted by a certain individual to be killed or harmed and I just knew i had to cry out and I simply said i need help and started crying and was able to get out of that situation. I'm so thankful learning that I am on the right path😊also lately I have been guided to meditate more. I also discovered about our heart space being home and I have been asking them to protect my energy and keep me grounded.

When Sonia asked us to not overthink it and state the name of our guardian angel that is with us for life, I got stuck, started overthinking it and then remembered that when I was small, my family (I was the youngest child) said I had a friend I would talk to often, even in the car on road trips, and one day one of them, probably my sister, 7 yrs older, asked me what their name was and I said, "Whisper." Thank you for these confirmatory messages. In 2018 I was going through major pain crises and also experiencing a lot of angels and visitations. One day the door blew open at 444pm and I encountered three angels. They were like holograms. They asked if I was ready. I instinctively said yes. They surrounded me and their energies merged with me. I had other visitations that year and have doubted them at times. The door closed itself just now so I decided to share this message.

What you just described, for me, is what I have learned to be Shante Ishta. Harmony and peace connects with a sigh of peace, I naturally just smile. Then you describe the energy between our hands, others call reiki healing, you describe as spirit. No, this is not a lot or too much, Sonia, this is exactly what we all need. I've been doing this, but when you mentioned music, I've not heard anyone else advise me to put the music to the angels. Frequency, yes, but actual music - that is communication in beautiful energy, and I can't remember anyone suggesting this. I've written a story where music is the communication tool. I've gone on too long, but, thank you so very much. 👍

Hi Sonia, thank you so much for this. I've only recently started listening to you and what you say really resonates with me: and also ties in with lessons I've been working on with my psychotherapist. Although I've felt my SOS Angels stepping in at times, I haven't til now, intentionally connected with my Angels and Guides and am excited to begin doing so, using tools you give. I do relate to the feeling of "running around the jungle, feeling all alone and unsupported". Asking my Angels and Guides for help is the missing link for me, along with my own efforts; in fact, should be the first thing I do from now on, so that my own efforts and actions come from an inspired and guided place.
I have two guides I call Healing Presence and Loving Lightbeing. You are the first person I have encountered who says most of the same things I have been told by my guides.
This was so powerful and tuned me into actually understanding my spirit, my guides and deepen my intellect about myself and them and how I have such a deeper bond with them now.
You speak my language.. the language I haven`t quite refined yet. Sometimes I speak slowly, but then I will think that I should be speaking faster, but now I realize that this is an expression of my unwillingness to let myself be. Just be. .. because you have obviously done it, and you are beautiful. And your speed is perfect. I CAN trust that inner space. . that may seem like nothing, but to feel into that nothingness is often what I deny because of unconsciously thinking I have to know what I`m going to do or say -OR that I HAVE to listen to others the way they may want me to...because sometimes listening to my partner like a cat can be far more loving than a have-to; I might hear what his spirit is saying instead of my own ego complaining about something.
