I passed on this particular set but I’m here watching to support you Alicia ! ❤🎉 I have more than a handful of squirrel, blue squirrel & even rare red squirrel eye brushes from Wayne goss, kuyodo, chikuhodo & Yano series & one small pencil brush from Sonia (from one of her very special releases) & they are my least used brushes 😢 not because I dislike them but because I just don’t reach for them 😅 that type of hair is so delicate too; it’s also recommended NOT to wash them very often because you run the risk of ruining the bristles … I own just about every eye brush from Sonia & I’ve recently had the mentality of “you can’t have it all” 😅 & I have sooooo many eye brushes that I’m being more picky of what if any I add to my collection 😊 I did however get the other newer set ❤ lastly I wasn’t too wowed by the shapes of this particular set so I’m happy to have passed & let everyone else who wanted them get a shot at getting & enjoying them ❤🙌😌💃🏻 ps … had the brushes been sold individually however I would’ve picked up at least one 😅 probably the biggest brush to use it as a highlighting brush ❤

Alicia, I truly enjoy all your videos. I was lucky to get this special set and I love them with ESUM eyeshadows, especially with the Artistry #4, as its colors are stronger, but the delivery of these brushes is lovely and the perfect intensity to appreciate the color. This was my first eye set in blue squirrel and now a big fan and searching for additional brushes in other brands. I hope Sonia creates a face set!!!

These brushes are nothing short of ethereal! As someone with small, hooded, super sensitive eyes, this set was so perfect for me. That smudger is EVERYTHING. I love Sonia's smudgers, and I think this is the best one she's come out with yet. And I was surprised with how useful the Arched Worker brush is -- totally thought it would be too big for me, but something about the way the bristles move allows me to use it even though it's technically too big. Thank you so much for your review! I always enjoy listening to you talk about brushes :)

Congratulations Alicia to receiving this set in PR. After a long internal debate ( it is a lot of money for me ) I promptly purchased at 10am PT during the final restock on Tuesday. AND I am happy - it is truly a work of art and function and deserves the status "limited edition". Your video is a great help for me how to best use my set and I especially enjoyed the last part with you suggestions how to compliment this set with other brushes if one feels the need. The way this set is curated simply blows my mind. STUNNING. I am in awe of the artistry and craftsmanship. Also I do appreciate the way you are diving back and deeper into your collections on your channel. My goal is to sepnd my money wisely and to enjoy and use my purchases for a long time. I did a fabulous look last light with only one brush from this set, the arched worker! I haven't been wearing make-up... probably once a month... so I am out of practice. This brush made quick work of a "daytime smoky eye." Also... it's a gorgeous collection. The packaging! The detail! Swoon! The angles of the brush fibers made it so easy to place color and blend, giving me a quick, sultry look in minutes. So happy with this brush.

Hi Alicia! Thank you for another great video! I am considering investing on a brush set with natural hair and preferably on the soft side, for that "wash of color", you know :D I don't know if I will be able to purchase this one, but even I was not able, all the info, the details and the why this, and when to use it and how.. all that is amazingly useful to make the best choice when it is time to make the purchase. I recently purchased my first Mothership (Sublime) and I am IN LOVE WITH IT!!! I get so many new ideas for makeup looks, thanks to your videos. It is honestly one of the best parts of my day, when I can finally sit down, drink a good cup of coffee while watching your tutorials and reviews. Hi Alicia, I'm so glad to see you received this incredible set from Sonia, it's lovely. I was lucky to have ordered the set in the first wave but have only just pulled them into my brush rotation and used them this week. so freaking in love with how they apply my eyeshadows, I used them with blend bunny surge palette and the blend and application is everything i could wish for. they handle pigment really well, i especially loved the liner brush with those super smooth metallic's because it looked like liquid metal by the time i finished the wing.

I bought this set with the 2nd round and I have 0 regrets even was very expensive-around $380 (Australia). It’s gorgeous and very good quality.😍 Also I have the previous holiday set (squirrel hair as well) and I love that one as much as this one. Now I’m saving money for the latest eye brush set (saikoho goat hair). 😁 Thanks for sharing! 🙂

Okay but hear me out on the arch worker... I think it would be great for small, hooded eyes. It is arched, not pointed, but you can place the shadow on the tip of the brush and the angle of the side is going to help you lift your crease so that it is visible. Then you slightly turn the brush and sweep up and out or grab a lighter shade to blend out the line. I'm not sure I explained that right because I'm in New Orleans and had a few drinks 😂😂 I think most people watching your channel understand letting the brush do the work. I'm just trying to offer perspective as an 😮‍💨 older woman with smaller eyes. The brush is not that big if you are using the shape to your advantage. Don't go at your eye like you have a dull jumbo Crayola 😂

So happy I finally got these. It was a debate with my mind and heart to spend or not to spend 😅 truly enjoyed this video and the other SG videos as well. I was wondering if you plan on doing a video comparing the Tradiitions and the fundamentals sode by side ?
