@@Dogman748Ohh. VRChat on Android, be it phones or Quest, usually hide Poor or Very Poor avatars based on your Comfort and Safety preference. If you wanna see peoples avatars, you gotta select the users you wanna see, and then click this eye icon that appears on your mini menu. That will show the avi. Be advised of what you unhide though, as some very poor quality avis can cause lag or even crash your game. Some examples are a chunk of DBZ avatars
