So, this happened. As you can tell, the percussion is NOT XG. I actually sequence the percussion in FL Studio 9 Pro XXL from samples and plugins, and mixed it with the XG notes. The result, well...you be the judge!
this sounds exactly as how sega would have made it. I would as far say that this would be better than the very bitcrushed gameboy advance version. you are doing us all great work, thank you!
Where did you get that game art in the background? Is saw that and remembered that when I was a kid I had the Sonic Advance 2 poster that came with the game. I hope I still have it, but that wallpaper thing in the background of the video looks cool.
@@teckworks Oh hay! I'm glad you replied back :P So funny turn of events. I actually decided to try to remake it myself because it looked really cool. I managed to find the 4 sperate key art images of sonic, knuckles, tails, and creme. I took a screen cap of your video, scaled it to 1080p and used it to position the images. The composition I think is really nice, especially as a wallpaper. And again it reminds me of the green poster you got with the game. And your cover of this song is also really nice! I was looking to see if you did some of the other songs from the game, but it looks like it's just this and a few others.
Still as amazing as usual, eh teck? Well, if you'd still like to remix more Sonic music tracks, I have the following music tracks in mind: Egg Rocket Act 1 (Sonic Advance) Egg Utopia Act 1 (& maybe 2 if you'd like a medley) (Sonic Advance 2) Chaos Angel Act 1 (Sonic Advance 3)
Your Sonic Advance songs sound better than the originals. The gameboy's original sonic advance audio sounds bad I guess because of the gameboy advance's terrible audio hardware.
Hey Teck, this music's pretty awesome, and the new percussion does help give it a bit more of a Sonic feel to it. Is there any chance of you making more music from these games in this style? Because I'd totally be up for that!
teckworks Basically, if they were to remake the Advance Series with Sonic 4: Episode 2's graphics and remastered music, this is exactly how I imagine it sounding...
