Y'know, Team Dark had 15 minutes to escape Prison Island before it exploded. Rouge found three Chaos Emeralds in Security Hall and fought Flying Dog all within 5 minutes and gets trapped, leaving Shadow ten minutes to get to her and save her. He then encounters Sonic in the middle of the forest, the two fight, and Eggman interjects, so Shadow flees, leaving Sonic eight minutes to escape Green Forest. With all that said, this is canonicaly how fast Shadow would've had to have gone in order for the story to make sense.
He got a C rank because your score is score (enemies, other things) plus time bonus. The time bonus was yuuge but he was doing it as fast as possible so he didn't kill many enemies
I mean- A Human CAN do this but it would take hours of practice to get it right. The Computers do everything so precise. TAS[Tool-Assisted Systems] Do everything with perfect accuracy.
This is a tool assisted speedrun, it's basically played perfectly frame by frame. Although there are some people who spend quite literally hundreds or thousands of hours on 1 stage to do it as close to perfectly as possible 😬.
