I had the pleasure of witnessing this Great & Legendary Band for the first time in the mid-1960s at a game with Mississippi Valley State University...Wonderful and I have never forgotten it. They always "Show Up and Show Out."
Carmen HJ Dam if the head DM look at me like that I would melt so sexy and serious and straight stepping high yezzzzzzzzz a shot out to all the DM great job guys.
Man they freaking AWESOME! I hate it though when they not wearing their hats. They should always rock them hats! They can still dance with them. Also, JSU DM's are the most copied out of all HBCU marching bands. Now days you will see JSU DM moves being copied just about everywhere. It's ok seeing the high school DM's copying them, but the shit not cool seeing another college band DM's copying the moves. Still, NO ONE does it better than the originators. Good job JSU DM's!
JaShon A. Moore SR well multiple DM's always mimick JSU DM's, and single DM's always mimick Southern DM, by running out kicking the air and then doing a backbend. But you're right! JSU and SU are the most copied bands in the history of marching band.
Naw. Yeah, the band on a track. You'd have to be a complete nerd to enable the natural sound of the live band to transition with the video together as one. This video is a mash up. 0:31.
